The absolute WORST experience I've ever had from a fast food restaurant. I was treated like trash, cussed at AND flipped off by management when I asked for a refund. They screwed up my large order and then acted like I was just absurd to politely ask for my money back. I will definitely tell every person that I see in my office to NEVER eat from this location again. I work with high end executives and this will be a hit to Chick-fil-A's pockets and reputation. Definitely was not a pleasure... more like a nightmare!!!
Unfortunately I did not have a good experience at this location. I ordered chicken noodle soup, a kid's meal and a market salad with grilled chicken. I don't know if they just don't get many grilled chicken orders or what, but I sat there almost ten minutes (!!! unheard of for a Chick-fil-A!) at the pickup window waiting for my salad. The rest of the food was ready pretty quickly, but was practically cold once my salad was delivered. The attendants told me once that they were waiting on the salad, then proceeded to ignore me for the next ten minutes while they kept serving others behind me and helped them drive around my car to leave. (Honestly, not sure why they didn't direct me elsewhere so I wasn't blocking the traffic either??) My kids were irate by the time we finally got our food. Then, when I got it and got home, the order was wrong (I'd asked for no cheese) and they had completely left out my dressing- so I got just a dry, incorrect salad after all that. It was a nightmare. I've noticed that this location is much slower than the other CFAs we normally go to, and I generally try to avoid this one, but that day it was not possible.I hate to have to leave a negative review for a business my family loves so much, but this experience was ridiculous, and I definitely hope that management takes this review to heart in working to address these and similar issues so others don't have the same thing happen to them.
It is never a pleasant experience at Chick-fil-A ever! I ordered delivery, and it was printed in bold letter “PLEASE CHECK BAG FOR ALL FOOD.” They left my food out of the bag. Then the food that I did get was so cold and soggy. These people have the worst customer service ever. The girl that claims she packed my bag must’ve done it with her eyes closed. They need to get rid of delivery because it is an awful service. This is something that has happened on several occasions (more than five) that my order have been messed up, food left out of the bag, or my order taking nearly an hour to arrive only for it to be cold, wet, and soggy. It really speaks volumes about management, and clearly the employees that are working here have no knowledge of basic customer service. A fish stinks from the head down!
Waited in the parking lot for 30 minutes after a mobile order.Then waited 15 more minutes after they blamed missing the order on technology and it getting “caught” in their system.They followed that up by offering a free cookie for an hour wait.Extremely unprofessional and complete lack of customer service.
I used to work at Chick-fil-A and my store would always accept coupons no matter if they were expired or not. Either something has changed or this location does not follow that protocol. Disappointing.
Every Chick-fil-A I go to has been great except 1 but the food was still great. They only forgot 1 sandwich when I was feeding a large qty of people. I called them up and gave them my name and order number and they sent me coupons for free sandwiches
Tried Chicken burrito with Avocado lemon ranch, Spicy chicken burger meal . . . Burrito was okay since I found not tasty with out the ranch . . . Spicy chicken burger was yummy. . . Place was too good for family dine in . . But unfortunately they closed for dine in due to shortage of staffs.
Walked in and waited for a pick up order as A normally do any other Chick-fil-A and as waiting to get some assistance, I was there for almost 15 minutes before I had to ask for my order and then it was cold when I received it by that point because it was not made fresh. Learn how to acknowledge someone when they walk into your establishment just like you would acknowledge them as if they walked into your home. Very disgusted by my first experience at this Chick-fil-A
This place at this location was SO good! The chicken sandwiches were on point! The lemonade is so good! Kids meals were perfect and the kids LOVED the fresh fruit cups! The COOKIES are wonderful!!!!
Always the best at customer service and food freshness. I did wait a lil longer in the drive through but that is only because the food is so damn good
