Usually we have great experience here even when we order through Doordash.If yall are going to use Doordash for delivery please double check orders before sealing them. When I take the time to personally drive to the store after receiving my order and MY KIDS food is missing please don't tell me you can't give me that missing item when i have given yall money and the only doordash credit i would get is $2.00 but once again its my kids food and when we contact doordash or the driver we are told to contact the store anyway. Especially when the bag was sealed when handed to me. But it's not a Doordash issue it's a restaurant issue because doordash doesn't prep or bag the food they only deliver. If the bag was unsealed or my food was missing I usually wouldn't care but it was my kids food.
Food is great but wait time and the double drive thru is horrible!! No problems with employees and they are friendly, courteous, and go as quick as they can taking orders. The double drive thrus is a jumble ****, so excuse my language. I honestly don't think it helps at all. If anything, it's added waiting periods to our orders. Other than this issue, it's a great place.
Chick-fil-A is known for its amazing service but last night I was blown away by how this store went above and beyond. I order some nugget platters and a brownie/cookie platter for a group of hungry teens after prom. I picked it up at 6:15pm, but at 8pm, I realized I didn’t get the brownie platter. It wasn’t a huge deal so we just called to get the $$ credited back. Well, once Susan learned it was for an event, a refund wasn’t good enough. Instead she had the platter delivered all the way to our house at 9pm, AND included 6 Treat gift cards!! Amazing service! Thank you!!
Normally love the classic chicken sandwich and fries. This time, it was awful. Dry over salted chicken and soggy fries. The strawberry milkshake was good. Customer svc was pleasant and only 3 cars in line. Unsure about another visit because expenses are high these days for them and me.
Our food was great as usual. My only advice would be, check your bags before you leave. I’ve had things missing from my order about three times from this location. It’s been main entree items if not, I wouldn’t mention it. Once we were missing a 10 count chicken mini, another visit a chicken biscuit, and the third time I was missing a chicken sandwich. The staff is friendly and I know they’re trying to rush to get orders out quickly. It’s the time I didn’t check and had to drive back 10 minutes, that it got a little frustrating. All in all CFA is a family favorite! ❤️?❤️
Megh.. I will say they are very consistent as a company overall. If you can't decide on what fast food you want you can play it safe and choose Chick-fil-A. Drive thru is always surprisingly quick and efficient. The kids working it are friendly and helpful to to the max. It is their pleasure lol

Chickens good but every time i ask for well done fries i never get then anymore. I don't like soggy fries i think they should make them well done for everyone
Good food, good service, good social skills makes for a good experience every time. Try the Mac & Cheese, really good. Whoever trains the staff should get an award, super nice young staff always. The food is great and they never make a mistake on my order. The walkout drive through doors are a great addition, why don’t they all have those I wonder.
