Our order arrived on time, without dipping sauce for our granddaughter’s chicken nuggets or salad dressing for our salads..I called and spoke with Lauren. She promised dipping sauce and salad dressing in around 15 minutes. The next driver would bring the rest of our order.It never was delivered. A $56.85 order, delivered without the condiments for our meal. An incomplete order.Our driver just delivered our sauce and salad dressing, one hour later. But, it was delivered. Three stars instead of two stars
Even though it was early lunch rush, around 10:30am and both lanes were full, the service was fast, friendly and our food was hot and fresh!!
This place is awful. I sat in the drive almost 30+ minutes. Extremely slow service. I do not recommend stopping here if you have to be somewhere. The girl at the drive thru this morning was very rude.
They forgot to take my order in the drive thru. Made it all the way past the speaker and finally told a man that I didn't have my order taken. He looked at me almost like I was lying. Then was like "what do you want?" Not kind, not sorry. My friend had the same experience here. Got the food fine after, but they said there would a reward in my app and that was in mid-december. Still nothing. Two emails, a phone call to corporate. They still haven't made it right. Just ridiculous.
Employees were trying to shovel ice and snow out of the order lane. Employees were slipping and sliding on the snow. Area should have been cleared by ownership or management before Employees forced to work in unsafe conditions.Chicken and Fries both OVERFRIED and were inedible.
I come here a few times a week.. I ordered a chicken salad and the cheese was bad it smell terrible. I love Chick-fil-A but I won’t be coming back to this location.
The chicken is tender but the flavor was just okay. The long lines make the fast food irrelevant and for 1 or 2 dollars more you could find much better food in town.
I absolutely love chick-fil-a it's one of my favorite fast food. But this time I was a little disappointed we ordered chicken biscuits and they only had enough for 1 which was fine we ordered something else but then the biscuits that did come out was cold so was the chicken n the American cheese didn't even melt on it. They didn't have any condiments out or even napkins which was a bit annoying because anything we needed we had to stand in like to ask for like napkins n an extra pack of ketchup. This will not stop me from coming it was most likely an off day. But figured I would say something for next time.
Food is always good but they always get my order wrong. They rush you in the drive thru and never get my order right. Definitely not a pleasure to be rushed when trying to order from memory because you can’t see the menu half the time… Do better.
I mean its chick-fil-a aka tha lords chicken! Best quality and top notch service. Though I recommend going in or drive through. The mobile pickup leaves a lot to be desired. For as efficient as they are in everything, that part has let me down more than once. But no big, still gets five stars for the quality!
