I ordered curbside from here. Food took a long time to come out and the team member that delivered food was unfriendly.When I got home I realized they didn’t give me the right food. When I called to complain I was only told I can come back to get my food. No apology given or any offer for repaying me.This is the second time this has happened at this location.
The quality of the food and service seem to be dropping these last couple months. Today was the third time in a row our fries were half empty, barely warm, and not crispy. Also, my sandwich top bun was in two pieces, they had to see that when they assembled it, seriously. That's just not carrying about the customer experience. It's disappointing because we love the food and the brand and are thankful for the friendly, high quality food and service they normally give.(Order number 7979)
I'll make this very simple. I pay for my food and I get my food. I shouldn't have to drive all the way back home just to find out that I'm missing an entire meal.

While my order came out quickly, my nuggets were cold to luke warm, super disappointed but at least the fries were hot.
Fries are very hit and miss. Sometimes great, but often soggy. This was a soggy day. Please employ better quality control.
You can never seem to go wrong with something from Chick-fil-A. The hubby got the chicken nuggets and I got an original sandwich with extra pickles. We needed something before walking into the grocery store. LOL. He said afterwards my sandwich looked much better. I think he wanted a bite. No photos. The bun was soft. Their pickles are always good as is their chicken. IMO better fast food choice.
The drive-thru was fast and efficient. And the order was a large one for the church. Apparently the order was delicious and exactly what we ordered. The church complimented us on the food.
This location is one of the best. The employees are nice. The management is talkative and will listen to you unlike the Greer location. This location is prompt and its easy access.
They always get my order wrong no matter if I say it slow or a second time ,The people are very nice but can’t seem to execute when in the job
