This place is outstanding. From the delicious fresh food, the friendly staff to the owner. Everything is perfect! The one employee that keeps standing out to me is Sabe. She goes above and beyond and always has a warm welcoming smile on her face. She makes my day every time I come in here. Absolute Stellar service! So grateful for her positive vibes. Keep spreading the love and good energy.
I’m not sure what happened to this place because the first time I ate there it was really really good.. yesterday though I placed an online order and was met with one of the most disappointing food experiences I’ve had in a very long time. The ‘roasted vegetables’ were somehow burnt and undercooked at the same time, extremely wilted, and several pieces were stem trimmings that should typically be tossed after prep and were completely inedible. The hummus portion was also incredibly disappointing.. and for the $18 I spent (not worth it) I could have gone to the Kairos up the street and had a much better meal twice over, which is what I’ll be doing in the future.
Bought from them once and got instantly addicted. Tasty good food. Good alternative to Chipotle/ Tropical grille. They maintain their place very neat with adequate parking available.
I've loved CAVA at every other location, but I've ordered from this location twice and both times have been disappointing. The first time, I ordered through Doordash and received someone else's order, no effort to resend my actual order. The second time, the bowl contained rock hard rice and hard, brown avocado.. I love the food at this restaurant, but maybe this location just needs some help.
Cava is now my wife and I go to spot for healthy conscious meals. They offer a wide variety of veggies, protein, grains and sauce option. We haven’t been back to chipotle since we found Cava 4 months ago.
This place is incredible. All the food has so much flavor! It’s well priced and clean. The cucumber mint juice is my favorite. Their customer service is excellent, too. I would love to see more locations pop up around the Upstate. I live almost an hour away and have already been 3 times this week.
Cava is like a (more delicious) version of Chipolte but with Greek type food. You can choose a bowl or build your own. I must eat gluten free food, and I was happy that everything is GF except the falafel and pita. The food was flavorful and healthy feeling. The staff changed gloves when I asked. I'll be back. It's great to have a restaurant that can prepare food for for my dietary restriction.
I rarely speak on this, but I’m a bariatric patient, and it’s hard to get the right food for the right amount of price. Restaurants question why I order from a child’s menu and often times the child’s menu isn’t even healthy. I really loved this place. The food was fresh, the amount was perfect and the staff was very kind.
The food was absolutely delicious! I would be a loyal customer if it were not for the the terrible customer service I experienced. I placed an order through their website for pickup. I sat in line for close to 35 minutes. When I finally pulled up to the window I realized I had been waiting so long because they did not have a team member working the window. Not one person acknowledged that I was there. They were all busy assiting customers inside. I waited seven minutes before someone said hello (he didn't bother to ask for my name or apologize no for the long wait). Another five minutes before someone asked my name and gave me my order; which I saw a young lady place on the counter a few minutes after I pulled up. She also did not bother to apologize for the long wait. I understand there a staffing shortages right now. Most businesses are struggling with this problem. But you need to do better with managing the car pick-up line. This is just bad training/management.
Yum! Pleasing options for the whole family.This is our favorite spot for our weekly walk to dinner. Lots of wholesome choices, fresh and full of flavors we haven't been able to find elsewhere on Augusta.Staff was friendly, engaged, and patient as we navigated the menu. We also liked the fresh juice options (and milk for kids).
