It's been a while since we've been here and man, it did not disappoint!! Everything was so so good and the service was great! Hard to find one, much less both, at most establishments these days. Worth the Woodruff Rd traffic to eat here!!
Alright, this is my third time here and they are consistently good!Today my wife and I had the fish and chips. She had the fries and coleslaw, and I switched out the fries for the steamed veggies. We sat outside in their very large covered patio, so the bartender was our waiter, which is risky since we are so far from the kitchen and they have to focus on bar customers also. Didn't matter, he was on it, and the food came out fresh and hot (we were early-bird lunchers at 11:30 on a Friday, so not real busy).The fish was awesome! Three pieces of piping hot fish (wife couldn't finish, so I scored extra - yum!), cold coleslaw, and hot veggies (or fries).Matched with a couple of beers which was a perfect pair; if the bartender spoke with an Irish accent I would think I was in a pub in Ireland. I can dream, can't I? ?One suggestion: I know the younger crowd likes cheap beers and IPA's, but those of us with a better appreciation for deeper flavored craft beers would like to see some more porters and stouts, please? So many taps, so few real beers. ?Anyway, very satisfied and will continue to come here every time we go to Trader Joe's across the street. Good job!
The bourbon BBQ has been a favorite part of our meal along with the crispy fries. The salad was fresh and crispy also.
I ordered the Southern Fried Chicken Salad and it was amazing! The chicken was very tasty. The spinach dip was delicious as well. The service was okay as well.
The person who served us was very pleasant. The food was quite yummy and the drinks were nice as well. The atmosphere is a bit dark. Not as dark chophouse 47, much more tolerable but a bit darker than I'd expect of a sports bar. Overall the atmosphere and the food was really nice.
Went for Sunday lunch with my daughter and her fiancé. We had a great experience. Sat at the bar and received quick service. Bartender was super friendly and made great recommendations. Food arrived in a very timely manner and was very good! Definitely going back!!

This was the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. We arrived at the restaurant at 11:05, it took about 10 minutes of us waiting at the front for “a table to be cleaned off” The restaurant was not busy there was only about 5 other tables in the restaurant being occupied. We finally got seated and our waitress didn’t come over for about 10 minutes. We placed our drink orders and then waited about another 20 minutes for our drinks to be brought out to us. It took about another 15 minutes for our waitress to come back to take our food order. We waited until about 12:45 am and our food was not out yet. At that time we were all exhausted and hungry so I asked for a manager to come over to see how much longer the wait was as we couldn’t find our waitress that was for our table. The manager came over and before I could say anything, he said “yeah it’s coming. we are waiting for fries” and i responded “it’s okay, we have been waiting over an hour can we please just get our check for our drinks.” he said nothing, rolled his eyes and walked away before i was even done speaking. Our waitress had 2 other tables aside from ours, I would understand this long wait time if the place was busy, but it was not. As we were walking out we noticed that every table sitting down had their food already and 2 of the tables came in after us. The customer service was horrible, I come here often and I most likely will not be back because of this experience.
Food was average. Had the steakhouse burger and wings. Burger had very little flavor and the cheese was a giant congealed slab. The wings weren’t anything special. Beer selection was good though
It was our first time eating here, and it was amazing. Our server was Crystal, very sweet down to earth ..Can't wait to go back to try different things . We went late last night after and noticed them and saw what time they closed and gave them a try. This is a very clean and professional atmosphere. Carolina Ale, you are doing something different on Woodruff Rd. Keep bringing your amazing customer service. Thank you all for what you do!
