Service was Good but store didn’t have anything. No tortilla chips No chicken tenders No lemon pepper wings No frozen drinkers ( broken blender)

The bartender was attentive and the food was good and hot. My complaint was paying the bill. If you didn't pay cash, then you gave them your phone number and your bill was text to you. We received the bill via text and I reviewed the bill. They added a 20% tip to the bill which included tax. I don't tip on tax, just food and drinks. I immediately called the bartender over to complain about the 20% tip. I told the bartender we pay our tip in cash. They said, I will re-run you bill using your credit card. I said to the bartender, why didn't you tell me that at first. The bartender said, corporate doesn't want us to tell the customer that unless they complain about their bill. We will never come back to this restaurant.
I don't write many reviews but I felt compelled to leave this one. I'm in utter disbelief at how they can get 3 orders in a row utterly wrong (the orders were supposed to be fixing the first messed one up) when the receipt clearly shows the correct order. I would be giving a one star if the staff wasn't so kind and understanding. I just wish i could get the correct order within a two and a half hour time span. Unbelievable
We waited for 30 minutes, there were plenty of empty tables that needed to be cleaned off… it all the servers were just standing around…
My daughter works there so I will say Service was great lol. However they had to go to a limited menu because they are very short staffed. So we could only order fried foods. The wait time for food was a little longer than usual, but when food arrived it was hot fresh. Also delicious. I had Lemon Pepper wings and Potatoe wedges with cheese.
Walked in at 10:20, wasn’t helped at the door until five minutes later even though countless staff walked by. When someone finally greeted us she told us to order takeout because they stopped seating at 10:30. It wasn’t 10:30? Someone probably needs to make sure their staff has their stories straight next time. Instead went to wild wing cafe and was immediately served fresh wings and cold beer by a helpful and happy staff!
Food was great and hot. The fries that came with the sandwiches were on the skimpy side( think kids fries from McDonald's size). Unfortunately staffing problem like most places so within about 15 min after arriving they posted only doing wings and a few appetizers the rest of the evening.
the food was good the server was good. the only problem was that there was only sitting on the bar area.. the dinning was empty so I don't know if they need more servers or they don't want to open everything... but it was a good night out for my son birthday..
