Took about 20 minutes from ordering to get to the window with only 5 cars in front of us when we pulled in.We got the wrong drink (ticket was right but wrong at window) which we got fixed before pulling away. Then no forks when we had a side of dirty rice + bone in chicken. Also no sauce.Also got a tea with no ice so it was warm.Food was at least warm.
First, I need to say the chicken is phenomenal. Hands down better than its competitors. And the fries are off the hook! That said, the service is abysmal. If you are going through the drive through, be prepared to wait...and then wait some more. Slow service followed up by my order being wrong every single time I've tried going here. Check your order before driving off, and then be prepared for a hateful, accusatory stance from the manager as you wait for them to fix what they got wrong in your bag. Save yourself the grief and pick up some fried chicken from Publix down the road.
If I could give this Bojangles ZERO stars, I WOULD. PLEASE do not go here. Terrible service. Employees DO NOT care about cooking your food all the way. They will take back with the nastiest attitude. Where did you find these people that you call employees? No manners. Disrespectful. Nasty and unclean inside the building. When I went to tell them that they did not cook my food all the way, they refused to recook it. I hope you go out of business.
Literally NEVER has chicken ready. The last 5 times I have gone I was very rudely informed it would be between 15-30 minutes before chicken would be ready…I understand a fluke where you run out but to consistently be out of chicken EVERYTIME …. seems as though they are just uninterested in working or serving anyone…Do better guys..
Can't ever tell if they're open. Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes this morning, stuck behind cars trying to order with nobility working, 45 minutes after they were stopped to be open. They could at least blockb the drive thru until they open if they're not going to follow their stated hours
This location has serious issues with the quality of its service. I have used it over 10 times hoping it would improve. The order takers generally have poor manners and are difficult to understand resulting in incorrect order receipt. The version of English spoken is more inner-city argot leading to misunderstandings. The food is great but try another Bojangles as this one is run more like a high school buffet.
Extremely friendly service, better than most here.."Carlton" the biscuit maker Makes the best biscuits, which takes Special care.
Always had good food here until yesterday. I stopped in at 1pm to get 3 piece tenders and recieved 3 strips of overcooked breading, barely any chicken and cold. Very disappointed and probably will not go again.
This is usually the only bojangles I go to that doesn’t mess my stuff up but today they gave me raw chicken in my Cajun fillet biscuit. I called them after I took a few bites and noticed it was completely raw in the center and was told that if I couldn’t bring it back to show them then I was lying. I wasn’t going back nor cared about a refund just wanted them to know they are out here giving our raw chicken. This was the only place open this morning for breakfast with it being New Years morning so they line was around the building and down the surrounding shopping center parking lot.
Huge sign on road says dinning room open. It’s not. Waited in drive thru line for over 30 mins. Employee on drive thru is extremely rude. Short staffed or not, I apologize for the inconvenience for ordering a sausage biscuit and butter biscuit.
