We didn't get all of our food and didn't know, until we got home and ready to eat, we were to tired to go back out. I will definitely check my order before I leave next time, if I ever go back.
Food is always good and hot. Friendly service. It was full but got waited on quickly.
Service and food is good, but the female cashier has a HORRIBLE attitude because I said I was not happy with paying a noncash fee.. especially when I ended up paying CASH.. I still ended up paying the fee.. Yes it was not much, but it's the principle of the matter. If you want to go to a restaurant with a cashier that has a TERRIBLE ATTITUDE, go to the Big Clock of Berea.. If you want to go to an enjoyable restaurant, go to some OTHER restaurant
Food was good but service was not was almost through with my meal before I got my Coffee and did not get my Husband’s Veteran’s discount on the bill
Good food, good service, good prices so, what more can you say? We would go back. Even though it was in the middle of lunch hour we were seated promptly and had our food within 15 minutes.
Service was quick and professional the food was amazing a little to pricey for me but was worth it. Would definitely recommend to anyone to come here and have dinner with friends and family. Loved the old signs that they have on walls.

We eat here every Sunday for a late lunch/early dinner. We go thru the drive thru. Service is sub par, if I'm being kind. 8 out of 10 times my order is wrong causing me to have to go in the restaurant and get it corrected then all of my other food is cold. I will say if Brittany is working the drive thru my order is ALWAYS correct.Today I ordered 4 meals, approximately $60. 2 entire meals were wrong. I ordered grilled grouper, mac n cheese, broccoli casserole and cornbread. I got country fried steak, sweet potato casserole and broccoli casserole with a roll. My other plate should have been fried grouper with mashed potatoes, strawberry shortcake, mac n cheese and a roll. Instead I got fried grouper, cabbage and mac n cheese. They ended up correcting it but I spent a hour and 12 minutes there between waiting in the drive thru line and then going in and waiting for them to remake 2 of my 4 plates. By the time they remade the 2 plates my other 2 plates were over cold. They didn't offer to remake those as well or refund my order or even part of my order!? Not how a business should treat a long time customer!
we received the worst service I've had at a restaurant in a long time then we were forced to pay gratuity for the awful service we were there 1.5 hrs and did not wait to be seated it took that long to get no drink refills and told they were out of items we ordered 45min after we ordered them the food was very good but I'll never go back
Called in a bacon double cheeseburger and chili cheese tater tots with jalapenos for the hubbs. Everything was super tasty and I was in and out of the drive-thru relatively quickly. Food was good and hot and he had that burger gone in a matter of minutes! We eat here fairly often and I'm usually always happy after my meal. There's only been a couple of times where I've had to wait for my to go order, but that's to be expected because they stay busy and I ordered when I walked in. Overall the food is good and the staff usually runs like "clock"work! ?? Would recommend for any taste and appetite!
