We have been weekly regulars for years. When the pizza is fresh and piping hot, the crust is amazingly crispy and doughy at the same time. The garlic knots are always a hit, this mama loves her big salad, and the cinnamon pizza is worth writing home about. And I do love the cauliflower crust BBQ chicken with jalapenos as a treat. The staff is friendly and always hard working, which keeps us coming back week after week.
Unfortunately what was the best pizza in town has fallen victim to the “we don’t care” attitude. The kitchen is full of people moving as slowly as possible. Orders are lost and no body cares that the line is out the door. Then after they find the order, they don’t read the order and make it wrong. Then after giving me the preset that say they can fix it if I really want them to. The competition is close and a much better experience. Truly the end of an era. No more Bertolo’s…
Great little Italian place. Delicious pizza , garlic bread and lasagna. Definitely will come back or order pickup.
Got 2 slices for lunch. $8 and it's pretty good.
This place has the best pizza around. Their sandwiches are great too
Great pasta, dining room was clean, service very good.
The service and food were excellent. Awesome place
Great lunch menu. Pizza and meatball sub are excellent.
While the pizza was ok and price was good, I won’t be racing back for more. I can’t believe how much better the Boiling Springs Bertolos is than Pelham Road. They have the same taste but at Pelham Road the pizza was slightly over cooked so the little ones asked why they had meatballs on the pizza. Further, we rather disappointed with the amount of chocolate chips on our pizza.
Yum! Nice clean place for HUGE slices, yummy perfect crispy/doughy garlic knots, and perfectly seasoned calzones. This place really knows their doughs and how to cook them! Quiet place, but kid friendly, with nice staff and close to everything on Pelham Rd.
