Absolutely terrible service! The only thing I really wanted from this place was the crab Rangoons, the only other thing I ordered was orange chicken. These people legit only put the orange chicken in the bag and had that delivered....... the one thing which I ordered 2 orders of and paid for, more than the price of the entree, didn't even get sent. Then you call and the manager just straight blows it off like it's nothing.??? i promise you, I'll never spend my hard earned money here again!!
This is a takeout only restaurant. The food is good for Chinese fast food and no complaints. They recently added online ordering which is great. Only problem is you cannot complete and submit your order without filling in the pre populated tip amount. So, I have to order my food AND pick it up AND tip them for giving me what I paid for online. The food is good but I don’t appreciate being taken advantage of and will be going elsewhere.
1) Ordered through Door dash & the food was cold upon arrival & did not taste fresh.2) No utensils were provided.3) Spicy Honey Wings were soft & did not have any spice at all. The sauce tasted more like a variation of sweet & sour sauce instead of a spicy honey.4) The beef fried rice, which was +$2 extra, was dry, no flavor/salt/spice/seasoning at all. VERY BLAND!5) Hibachi Bourbon Chicken - chewy and flavorless.6) Fried rice was extremely bland. The white sauce was not good. I added 2 packs of soy sauce, duck sauce, and white sauce & still could not finish it because it was flavorless.7) Veggies were watery and bland.There's no salt, butter, or any flavor added to this food. I am very disappointed with this food & will never order again.
been a loyal customer to Asian Delight since they first open. Always serve fresh and hot food. Staffs are always friendly
Very very rude people that work here. I never leave reviews on restaurants but these people are as bad as it gets very rude and poor customer service. Will NOT be back. This was the 3rd time going paying a lot of money for food and each time they were rude rude rude. I discourage people from going to this establishment. They need new staff to work if they want to stay open. I see this place going down hill due to the horrible customer service.
Best by far with the sesame chicken special
New to the area so trying new places. Only had 1 order from here so far and it was good enough I will come back. Got the sesame chicken the flavor was good and was decently cooked (not hard to chew). Was a bit of communication issue trying to pick up the order but ended up with the right food.
The last time I ate it was better but it was okay this time
