The food and service was terrible. There were only like maybe 10 customers in the restaurant and it took 45 mins to get our food. The alfredo fud not have amy sauce on the noodles or chickenI ask for some sauce and she brought me about 2 tbsp. The manager came and she took 10.00 off our bill. We had the 2 for 25 and she made us pay for the spinach dip. I will never go back
Food was great our waitress was very perky and nice the only reason I give it a four is because she just kept forgetting to bring stuff out that we asked for otherwise a great dining experience but we left her a nice tip anyway
Noticed an odd smell upon entering. Was told it was from the sanitizer. When ordering our burgers, we were told they only came very pink or not pink. When the burgers arrived they were dry and tasteless. On a positive note, the server was very pleasant.
March 12, 2022 @9:30pm. We waited for a long time standing and never got acknowledged. The staff and servers were walking around and everyone ignored us. They all acted as if no one was there and we were the only one there. It was not that busy. What a disappointment.
Normally I love Applebee's but this time not so much. We took out my mother-in-law for her 63 birthday I found a hair in my ribs, the waitress didn't seem to care much about anything to assist us, we litterly had to ask for refills to napkins & even utensils.I was very disappointed with our service. We don't drink alcohol, & our orders were not complete, I finally just got to the point I quit asking. But after paying over $100 for our meal we certainly expected better service & food.I believe in telling people when they do a good job but also I believe in telling them when the visit wasn't good.Be Blessed,Janice
Food was great service was good only problem was other waiters walked around with back side of pants down showing there underwear. I guess they wanted everyone to know they were thugs.it made me loose my appetite to bad the food tasted good till I seen that you should pay him enough to buy a belt or I would be happy to buy him one.
We waited at the door for at least 10 minutes and no one acknowledged us. So we asked another person that was there waiting and he informed us that he had been waiting for about 15 minutes before we arrived and he hasn't been helped. Needless to say we all left. I understand businesses are still sort staff but communication can go a long way
I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with everything on it. I get home and my burger was naked. Just Bun, Burger, cheese, and one piece of bacon. No lettuce, onion, tomato, or pickle. I asked could they make me another one. They brought me out another one 2 minutes later so I knew it wasn't fresh. I said well there's no bacon on there. The guy told me to take the bacon off the other one. I said are you serious. He said that's better than no bacon.
I thought going to a different location would change my mind about this place but naaa honestly just go anywhere else. The starters where the most appetizing part of our experience the drink tasted like 30 gallons of syrup was poured in, asked for a steak they gave me chiken the shrimp had a strange after taste kind of surprised this franchise stay in business for so long the waiter was good tho
Place was empty and my food was given to me very cold and utensils were dirty. Waitress was nice but nothing was done about it at all, zero management. Avoid this location.
