I am not a fan of Applebee's, I have had more bad experiences than good in the 20 years I've been dining there. However... This particular restaurant is the best one I've been to. We ate here at 9pm on a Sunday and had no trouble being seated quickly. The restaurant was clean and well staffed. Our server Jacob was friendly, courteous and kind. Didn't have to wait long for our food, and it was cooked to perfection. Applebee's is a cheap date night with no frills. If you are in the area and you're hungry on a budget, look no further.
My girlfriend ordered food online. I picked it up and left. I realized that I didn't get the tea she ordered so I went back. Got to looking at the food in the bad and everything was wrong. One of the servers punched in the order again to re do it. After paitently waiting forever, she brought out the food. I was still missing 2 items so had to wait on that. Between ordering and finally getting the order 100% correct, this was over an hour ordeal. This is not the 1st issue with this location. It needs to be fixed or closed. There are way more options around and people will see that this type of customer service will not be tolerated.
Corey has waited on us numerous times. He's a SUPERSTAR & ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS ON HIS GAME! His knowledge is bar none! Makes a spectacular drink & is far beyond friendly! Highly recommended asking for him every single visit! He treats everyone like family & can't say enough of his great service & over the top attitude!
I LOVE the grill chicken plate! If it's not as tender as you like any Applebee's I've been to is always happy to redo it. I also love the 2 fo for 1 price meals!
The server was really nice and fast service but the boneless chicken wings most certainly gave my coworker and I food poisoning. Pretty much screwed up our entire next day. Be careful what you order.
This is the absolute worst Applebee's I've ever been inside. Backstory... we are here for a death in the family and got into town late in the evening, saw family, then came to get food and go to the hotel. After stopping at several places (choices are limited as its almost 11pm) we decide to go here. The bathroom has standing water all over the floor. We (kids and I) literally couldn't even use the restroom and didn't even feel comfortable washing our hands. Food finally comes out and it's horrible. My chicken was burnt so bad it wasn't even edible and was still charged for it.
If I could have given this place a -5 star review, I would have. Then when they sat us it was at a broken booth that was so dirty and just not clean. Then I sat there for another 10-15 mins before I had to stop someone to ask for another table and if someone was going to get our drink order. They took our drink order and appetizer and then took another 10 mins to move us to another table. It took 30 mins for our drinks to even be put in and An extra 10 mins on top of that for the appetizer to come out. The only reason why we didn’t leave was because we just trying to have a drink and was waiting for our actual reservation somewhere else that was an hour and a half away. It was appalling, they should be closed down. It’s also just a dirty establishment. Seriously if you’re reading this, go somewhere else.
Last night on 2/10/22 I ordered some wings, chili, salad, ribs with loaded mash potatoes and a kids meal. I order online which also stated it was curb side to pick up the order I got there then submitted online I was outside I waited 20 minutes before I went inside because no one ever came outside. I stood in the front 3 minutes and waited on someone. No one came out so I went behind the counter myself and got my order because I seen where it says to go orders and everyone was in the back talking so I listened a bit then someone finally came out and then ask me about this order that i paid for that I been waiting on yall need better employees and very much so customer service don't have curbside if yall not gonna pay attention to curb side orders.
Pathetic establishment coming from a former employee staff full of junkies alcohol drinking going on on the restaurant and the lack of care from the people in postions of leadership is fairly disgusting. Do not recommend eating here. Hardly anyone washes their hands, masks are not worn properly in the middle of pandemic resurrection and overall filthy. Would not be surprised if this place was shut down soon.
Food was so good.. our server Izebella was so polite and was always asking how we were doing and if we needed anything. I was so very pleased with her. Will definitely go back.
