Placed a catering order 2 days before the event and it was ready at the designated time. Only negative I would say is the limited parking in front of the restaurant. However this is expected with this being a downtown restaurant. There is a parking garage located nearby though with plenty of spaces! The food was amazing. We had garlic bread/knots, supreme pizza, cheese pizza, meat lasagna, and salad. Prices were good for a bulk order.

This place has reason great prices/portions for their pizza and churns them out really quickly. Like, I'm honestly impressed at their quality for being a business downtown. They have a little window outside you can line up for for your takeout orders. The bartender is also really amicable and got the work done. They do, however, have an issue with timely cleaning up tables, but that can be explained by the labor shortage every place is feeling.I've had a few pizzas here and haven't been disappointed once. This is their vegetable pizza.

No complaints whatsoever about the food. The crust to the pizza was amazing. I am not a fan of standing-in-front-of-the-register-to-order type of places and had I known ahead of time I would not have gone there. This is my idiosyncratic issue. I prefer a hand held menu where I can take my time and get a drink. Not feel pressure from the people behind me as I read the menu on the wall. Pizza was great.

Do not understand the appeal. Asked for thin crust. It was like a soppy mess, no way to pick up and eat it. If u can't make a thin crust do NOT say "Yea, sure we can do a thin crust". PLEASE know what/how a thin crust pizza is before u make another (hint: crispy on the bottom). The 'large' salad that we got to share between 2 of the three of us was barely enough for one person really (basically just lettuce for near $8.00) and we had to ask for the 2nd, previously requested, dressing twice. We had to ask for silverware, plates in which to put the soggy mess of so called pizza on, & salt and pepper... While we were there only a total of 4 tables came in so it wasn't like they were busy. Staff had personalities that were dreadful (zombie like). I hate to not be greeted, not even be acknowledged when I enter an establishment, but when we entered this place one girl who was sitting off to the side of the counter just stared at us, no "Hello, come in, ..." she just stared at us as if we were interrupting her quiet time (there were only 2 other customers sitting together at this time). Pretty crummy...BTW... there is a Pizza joint right down the block that we had been to before - 200% better.

Super busy when I went but the food was good and came out quickly despite the crowd that was in there. I definitely want to try more of their food had the spinach and chicken Alfredo pizza and it was fantastic. Will be back when it's not quite so busy

The taste of the pizza I got was good. The price was okay. My problem was 8 pieces of pepperoni on a medium pizza, no slice of pizza had more than 2 pieces of pepperoni. Maybe there is a shortage on pepperoni I wasn't aware of. I dined in and my pizza didn't take long at all maybe 5 minutes.

Friendly staff, Pizza is good it's NY style thin and foldable. Bread sticks and cheese sticks were also good. Salad was good.

Called on my 30min lunch break to place a Togo order asked if lunch specials were served on Saturday the girl that answer the phone stated no, I said okay and can I order the spaghetti and a drink the girl said okay did not take my name or give me a total price, long story short I walk to the restaurant tell her cashier I have a call in order she ask me for the name on the order informed her the girl who took my order over the phone did not take my name after I placed my order she said oh we don't have your order "I can put it in now" I was like no because it was time for me to go back to work; not to mention I stood in line behind a lady for 10 mins who ordered absolutely nothing. Very bad customer service if you don't have time to take to go orders at least tell the calling party . No lunch today. Not Good.

During my visit I was able to witness the cook using a broom and dustpan to clean up and then went to raw pizza dough to prepare food without washing his hands or changing gloves. I wanted to leave and the wife insisted we stayed due to our schedule so I then got a nice heaping of meat lasagna to only enjoy its cold inner parts, the outer edges were piping hot and for a second I was really enjoying my meal but the deeper in I got more disappointed and once past the middle it started getting hot again because I was eating the side. Would not recommend, but it has potential

10/10 WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I was very let down when we arrived to place an order to get some pasta and wings and they told us the oven and fryer was off so we couldn’t order. It was 9:49 when we walked in and I called at 9:46 after parking to make sure they could accommodate us. I called 3 minutes prior to arriving to make sure they could still take an order 10 minutes before closing and they said yes but when we arrive they tell us everything is turned off and they cannot take an order from us. It also does not make any sense as to why they could not take our order when there were two tables they are waiting on their food to be made. I am very very disappointed with this establishment. Even after they said they could take my order, we get there three minutes later and they cannot take it. I know that it may not hurt them to lose a customer but they lost three tonight and received a bad review.
