Got my entire order wrong. Ordered extra onions on one burger and got no onion and extra tomatoes. My burger was supposed to have bacon and pickles with no mayonnaise or mustard. My burger had neither bacon nor pickles but plenty of mustard and several ounces of mayonnaise drowning the entire burger. All of the food was cold which is odd considering it's nearly 100 degrees outside. Stay away from this place if you value accuracy.
They needed adult supervision…. I love ye ole fashion…but this experience was awful!I got so frustrated with the crack-squad of sixteen year olds that I told them to just forget about my wife’s banana split and hotdog…knowing I would have to get back into the car and face her…that’s how bad it was.We went through the drive through. After 15 min they gave us the first part of our order. 30 minutes later and me asking 3 times for the second part I had enough….Stick to the west Ashley one. Or go to Mamas the Brazilian bakery next door. It was awesome!
I frequently go to this location and NEVER had an issue, an approx 30 minute wait ti.e is usual here....but this time was way different. Got there around 9. Was maybe 3rd or 4th in line at the drive thru and maybe 3 more cars followed behind me before closing. 45 minutes later myself and 3 other cars were still waiting. I began to worry when I seen all the employees Cleaning up ND everyone who was I. The lobby had been served and left. I approached the door and explained I had been waiting and asked how much longer the wait for my food would be. The employee told me to give him a minute and walked off. He then proceeded to bring the food of the other 3 cars that had been behind me. I waited another 10 minutes and got upset when I seen them lock the front door. I approached the door again and they told me to go back through the drive thru. I was very irritated at this point because it's been a hour and I was literally being ignored. Once at the window the employee told me I needed to "be nice" after I explained to him that I had been waiting and they gave me no explanation nor were they even preparing my food. Once I replied that they were not nice to me he closed the window and walked away. The manager followed behind him and locked the window and walked away. I was extremely offended and upset. I've NEVER been treated like this....as if I had done something to them! I drove back to the front and had to yell through the doors that I demanded a refund. After waiting another 5 minutes an employee comes to the door and hands me my $30 and closes and locks the door. No apology no explanation. I will NEVER return and I am highly offended and feel disrespected. What a disappointment.
I ordered mozzarella sticks and did not get any marinara sauce, that was the first issue. The second issue was that my friend ordered a burger, and specifically told the person taking the order not to put anything else on the burger except ketchup. Well the burger came with everything on it, and then my friend couldn’t eat it which was very sad. Poor service all around.
This is one of our favorite ice cream places in the area, but it's our first time at this location.It's hard to get into and the parking is t that great, but the ice cream is phenomenal and the serving sizes match.
Went here Saturday night after being sick all day, ordered a BLT; was in the passenger seat half asleep, got upset and went inside and asked for a refund for my 25min wait, when I got inside I realized how packed they were, which surely was the reason for the wait. Got home and ate what was probably the best BLT I have had in my life! Went back the next day and the fella who I'd been pretty short with the day before brought my food out, I apologized and let him know the food he prepared was way worth the wait!!
Just left there. Order a chocolate shake. Got down to the turn-off to old 52. Started to get pieces of cooked onions in my straw. Open the lid its full of onions. Been telling my wife that for me to get a decent milkshake. That I would have to go to ye old to get one. Never again
This is the worst food I've been served in a very long time. Ordered a hotdog and ice cream and after 20 minutes waiting I called and all of a sudden my order was being bagged. The hotdog was upside down and the bun was soggy and they gave me the wrong ice cream. I called to let them know and they only replaced the ice cream cause I had thrown the hotdog away before i knew they had given the wrong ice cream. Worst ever!!!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE!!!!!!!!
There were only 2 people working. However, they did the best they could with what they had. I enjoyed my ice cream, and the facility was quiet and clean.
Food still great after all these years. They have some of my favorite french fries and hot dogs. Deli sandwiches are massive. I wish they would remodel the restrooms, which I will not use.
