the GM here, “Marlon Murray” as the door said, is beyond rude. I ordered my two daughters a nugget kids meal with vanilla frostys and he told me they didn’t have that, only chocolate and strawberry , okay cool no worries, so I said “I didn’t realize the menu changed I’m sorry,” to which he responded by saying “The menu didn’t change, it’s right there (pointing up at the manu) you can read!” and did the same when I ordered a crispy chicken 4/4 not realizing they took the option away, again talking to me as if I’m stupid and can’t read. Adding to that, troughout the whole time I was ordering, he kept walking away, when I was finally able to finish my order a little over 15 mins later, I handed him $20 for a $17.88 total, he and he gave me 12¢ Back. I asked him where the rest of the change was and he got irritated at me, opened the drawer and basically threw the rest of my change at me. After that when my order was ready, he handed me my order and everything was completely wrong, missing everything, no frostys, the only thing correct in the order was the bags for the kids meals. He was busy with a line of 10 people in the lobby, so I asked someone else behind the counter to help me fix it, and when he saw her fixing my order, he began to yell at me and tell me that I didn’t order what I ordered, even though I had my receipt that clearly stated what I ordered but regardless of the evidence, he continued accusing me of trying to steal anyways. I finally had enough and I told him he was being very unprofessional and rude, and then he seriously yelled at me. He was talking to me like I was trash, worthless, he was gas lighting me and speaking to me as if I was stupid and was yelling at me that I don’t know the meaning of rude and that I don’t know what disrespectful and unprofessional means. He is not someone that should be working with the public. He did all of this infront of my toddler. I am appalled that they would have someone like this working for them. Absolutely disgusting and disrespectful behavior for someone with the title of “GM.”

I tried for doordash and it was 120 when I arrived all the lights were off at Wendy's on a Is alliance street in Goose Creek South Carolina.. The lady at 1st told me they were close however they don't close till 2 Ami proceeded to tell her I have a doordash and it was placed before 1 AM. She couldn't complete the order as requested due to the NRA took the prosecution and stone however they did make the meal for the door - For that reason I'm given them a thread she was very polite even though she tried to run me out at 1st

The girl with the window was quite rude didn't give me a stroll for my drink and had to ask 5 times for some chili sauce food was correct break and good

Ms. Andrea at the window deserves a raise and a two week fully paid vacation by Wendy’s. I don’t think you’ll ever find a more polite and amazing worker as her in any wendys around. Wendy’s corp if you’re seeing this give that woman what she deserves! Thank you for the awesome service you made my night!!

After 25 minutes of waiting in drive-thru I place my order 10 minutes later I give up and pull out of line. Again and Again. It should not take 35 minutes to get a cheeseburger. I mean its fast food crying out loud, After 3 times I give up. Goodbye Wendy's Hello McDonald's

This Wendy's off College Park Rd Goose Creek SC runs like a well oiled machine. Top notch service every time we come here. The manager lady is sure knows how to pick and train her TEAM!

Just before closing great service , delicious cheeseburger & frosty Wendy's always a good choice.Also Breakfast Classic sandwich is great from here as well.

45 minutes is entirely too long to get your food. And in top of that the spicy chicken had to be from lunch. There appeared to be 6 to 8 employees on shift and 2 working. The young lady a the window was very untrained, but polite. This store had gone down hill. It used to have great service.

It was 6:35 long line and the fist Dude repeated the wrong order. Told him again 2 medium Chocolate Frostys, 2 small Chocolate Frostys, we got to the window and it was 2 medium Chocolate Frostys and 2 small vallina Frostys. so had to wait for them to fix the 2 Chocolate Frostys.We sat in line 15 min in the drive thru and then had to wait for them to get the order correct total time was almost 25 minutes.These people want to get paid $15 an hour. The order was easy not brain surgery.

I went there for lunch today and despite the long line at the drive through (and I could tell they were busy). I think the woman knew I was trying to save money so she basically told me a different way to go about it. At the window she has a big smile. She had a heart tattoo and blonde dreads and just very sweet. She surely deserves a raise.
