That staff was hustling. I gave them appreciation as I left the windows. The order taker was wearing many hats as they say. The staff always said thank you. And then the supply truck came in. That gave them one less to get orders out. It's a hard job they do and get little credit. My hats off to them. I will be back when I want a good meal and seevice.
Never been inside but I have hit the drive through doing Door Dash Deliveries. Everyone is so curteous and professional. Someone must think they opened a Chick-fil-A.
Overall not bad. Friendly service and usually pretty quick. Check for sauces though as they like to forget them!
I understand the price hikes on everything, and not mention employee shortages, but when I order food I expect it to be perfect its not cheap to eat eat out. I ordered Wendy's through doordash and was also through drive through not sure why it's so hard to understand instructions. Ketchup mustard pickleonly does not mean add onion, lettuce tomatoe and mayo does not mean receiving a plain hamburger, u order cheese w your chili get charged for it no cheese. Chicken nuggets dry and rubbery, and fries were not fresh, they were hard, soggy cold they had been sitting. All food cold and not fresh. With as expensive as everything is anymore and this is what your food is like no thank you. Rising prices and employee shortages I am sorry but this was and is unacceptable
I came to this reasurant yesterday and I have to say that these people have their sh!t together. The Dine-in was amazing. Not only the working ketchup pump during Covid but the fast, fresh, and easy food. It tasted amazing. Thank you for the enjoyable experience. You really have your stuff together. Although I wish the Dine-In was available past 8PM thanks for the food.
Went to Wendy's for breakfast. The breakfast potatoes are good and nicely seasoned. The honey chicken biscuit is good also, although it can be messy if you eat it while driving. I've also gotten lunch here recently and tried the spicy honey chicken sandwich. Also decent. I would return...

I had a mobile order today. I order the new Hot and honey chicken. What I got was a cheese burger. I went inside and advised the manager that this is not what I order. She told Pauline to make a hot and honey chicken sandwich and when I got it the sandwich it was cold. The chicken itself was ok, the cheese and bacon was cold. If I wanted a plain spicy chicken sandwich that’s what I would if ordered.
Had coupons for Wendy's and Arby's. Decided on Wendy's but when I got to the counter at Wendy's I realized I grabbed the Arby's coupon by mistake. I asked the girl if I could get the deal without the coupon she said no. Okay. Arbys is on the other side of the parking lot so I go there order with the coupons and they don't even take the coupon with payment. I understand got to have the coupon but surprised Wendy's didn't honor the offer. They only mail out a zillion of them.
Staff does a good job at keeping up with rush times. 90% of my time food is correct, which is why I did 4 stars.
