I have literally never been to a worse fast food location in my life. Went to pick up a mobile order for 2 frostys, had to go through the drive thru bc they had the dining room closed…again. Sat in line for 30 mins bc they take so long to make one order. I don’t get it. Once I finally got my order and drove around, saw the manager sitting at a table in the dining room
Went there today 5/24/2022 at around 3:30 pm and the lady at the window gave me a smaller size 4 for 4 than I ordered and when I told her I ordered a medium she proceeded to roll her eyes and say something under her breath as she closed the window?? I definitely did not deserve an attitude as I told her in a polite manner and it was a simple fix
The only reason I gave this review a three-star was because they got my order wrong and the manager was nice enough to replace the wrong order. However I must say that Wendy's burgers are very small and really not worth the money. The picture of the big bacon cheeseburger is equivalent to the size of a small McDonald's hamburger basically. They put a couple of pieces of bacon on it and a couple of pieces of wilted lettuce. I have purchased Wendy's many times but I seem to always find myself disappointed in the amount that you get for the price. The burger I did purchase was a $6 Burger and nowhere near the size of a $6 Burger in my opinion. I also do not find that their breakfast biscuits are very good. And some of their customer service seems to be lacking at the drive-thru window. They don't seem to be very courteous in my opinion, they just want to get you in and out of there and I think customer service should be a number one priority!
The food was hot, fresh and made correctly. However, customer service was not the best. I stop at this Wendy's location because it's on my way home. Otherwise I would go to a different Wendy's.
Pathetic you can open for people to get food but can't let someone eat inside after paying the kinda money for fast food. Stop using covid or can't get help as an excuse
We were in line well before closing tonight. We were the very last car in line. The clock read 12:58 and the woman at the window said “it’s one o’clock and we are closed, that was our last order” I told her we were the very last car in line, that it wasn’t 1:00 yet, and that we’d been waiting in line. She said “we’re closed” and did not respond again. I can’t believe someone would do that, knowing that it wasn’t closing time yet AND we were the actual last car in line. If there were several others, that would have made more sense, because you have to stop at some point when you close..I get that. This was petty for no reason.
Not a pleasant experience. Not only was my order wrong , but the fries were horrible. Old oil taste. ?
I purchased $25 digital rewards on the Wendy's app. pulled up to the drive thru and the manager George says it's not paid. I show him my banking app that shows the $25 deducted from my account, and the Wendy's app that shows paid. He doesn't day anything and walks off. Then a young man named Fashad comes to the window and says nothing we can do. He said you can't get your food. I asked what am I supposed to do? They said they don't know and they won't help me.

First time to visit. Having just quick lunch doesn't let me qualify as a 'Expert' but I truly enjoyed the Flame cooked taste. The service was polite and helpful. It was handicapped accessable and restroom was clean. THAT is my personal pet peeve. There are many lunch breaks at Wendy's in my future. ? ??????
