Great service & food! Our family loves WH! ?????
Restaurant was clean. Service was perfect. Food was hot, fresh, and tasty. We ordered a hash brown bowl, hicken sandwich and waffles of course. All excellent.Didn't visit the restroom.
We were the only customer, my husband and I. Then 1 other person came in for A pick up. We were the only one the whole time. Why was our food barely ? warm? We could have made breakfast at home or gone ? somewhere else. But we wanted to patronized the Waffle house in our neighborhood.Now we know better. We want our money back or some kind of credit. Horrible service. Waffle was burnt 2 times in a row and we never got a refill on our drinks. The location on redbank is 100% better.
Servers seem to remember after just one visit. No matter how busy the servers make you feel welcome. On dayshift they really seem to care about their reputation.
The most ridiculous service, they had no idea that an online order had been placed and after waiting for over a half an hour I asked for a refund and they had no clue how to do that but then trying to get a refund online was even more ridiculous because it said contact the store! GET IT TOGETHER!
For the first time in my life i walked into a PACKED Waffle House and it was CLEAN staff was short but them 2 girls rocked that crowd and everybody's order rather it was take out or dine in! The point it is was CLEAN with only 2 girls running tables and 1 cook on a Friday night and them girls need a raise or a bonus or some kind of recognition!!
Amy went above and beyond!! I believe she had to work a double because someone called out....she was sweet, attentive (just enough). I'll be back, for sure.
