This has to be the absolute worst taco bell that I have been to. I did a mobile order and when I got there the line of cars were around the building. I was told to check in through the drive thru. I decided to go inside, there was about 5 other people in there waiting. One woman was complaining that her order was messed up. I stood there for another 5 minute's before someone told me that they would be right with me. Another 5 mins passed, more people came in and thus decided to leave. I finally got to speak with someone, told them I had a mobile order, there machine was out of paper, so they didn't even see my order. Fixed that problem, told me that they would get it ready. While waiting another woman came in and said her order was messed up, they took down what was wrong and told her it would be 20 minute's. She stated that she already waiting 45 minutes in the drive thru. Keep in mind that I only order tacos and a couple of burritos. My order was finally ready, I looked through it, everything seemed to be there, so I left. I got home, a 15 minute ride, go to open our tacos and they are all wrong. I was in that place for 30 minutes, and still wrong. There were people working, but then 2 went on break. I will never go to this place again.
They are the slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to in my life. I used to like Taco Bell buts it’s just gone downhill. You would think since it’s fairly new that they would have all the materials they need to provide service in a timely manner.
There’s absolutely no reason that my DoorDash order had to be cancelled. If you are too short staffed to run a facility the facility shouldn’t be open. My dasher stayed in line for an hour only to find out that the order was cancelled after 40 minutes. This wastes my time and the dasher’s time. This needs to be taken care of. I’ve never had this issue from any place I’ve ordered from and definitely not Taco Bell.
I was waiting in line yesterday afternoon, it was really busy, like almost 10 cars in line. Two girls were outside taking out trash, when they went back inside they came back out shortly after with a burrito and walked over to an alligator that was on the grass where the pond is and one lady tried to give it to him, he tried to go after her multiple times but she kept trying to go back to the burrito and give it to him.. I have never witnessed something like this in my life tbh and probably wouldn’t be as upset if it wasn’t for the fact that we waited around 45 minutes all together for our food and not to mention, it isn’t healthy to give an alligator a burrito let alone put your own safety at risk to give “Coco” a burrito, during a rush. Found out this lady is the manager of the establishment. If I could give this review zero stars I would, but I’ll give it two because Ms. Liz put on a good show, and the lady at the window was very friendly.
Worse food ever at Taco BellDidn't even have ice for the drinks and didn't bother telling us before we ordered.Server wasn't curtious. Will not return to the Taco Bell this is the third time we have got poor service and awful food.
I love this location so much. The staff (in my experience) are very friendly, the food is always up to my expectation. I have made friends with some of the employees. Much of the staff remembers my order. The night manager, Laci, is very sweet. When I was trying to get a job at this location, she explained everything in very simple and understandable terms. One of my favorite parts of this location is their remake policy. On the occasion that they forget something in a large order, I can come back the next day or even like a week later and flash my receipt, and they'll make what I was shorted on the spot.
They put no ice in the drinks. I literally got a flat hot Pepsi and a hot sweet tea. And 3 of the employees were standing at the drive-through window conversating and playing around. Horrible customer service. Taco Bell needs to do better and hire adults and not children that wand not children that want to stand around and play and collect a paycheck.
Not coming back. I started by saying "I've got a big order to place, first thing is Nacho Fries", she just stared at me. So I said it again. She just stared at me. So went on with the rest of the order. Guess what, got my order with no Nacho Fries. Took longer than any Taco Bell I've been at before. When I said I didn't get any Nacho Fries, she and a lady in the back start arguing over whether Nacho Fries were in the order. They finally concluded together that I never ordered them and said I had to order them again if I wanted them. New management or better training needs asap.
I just called to ask how long my order will take and the manager got really rude and disrespectful and my food was cold and I waited 2 hours and plus a taco with no meat
The drive thru was closed at 9:45 p.m. unless you had an Uber eats order
