The young lady that took our order was patient and polite. We had a $80 order and she had no problems nor attitudes about it. Our order was mostly correct but we were missing a couple things. We called and were able to go back and get them. I can not say how much the young lady's attitude played a role in this being a good experience but it was a major key! Thank you young lady and please do not change your beautiful demeanor.
When ordering food through the online website, there was a glitch in the system. There was an issue with my order, one that could have really gone bad, but Ms. Sharon Green handled the matter with professionalism, kindness and went the extra mile to make sure that I had everything I had ordered. They were extremely busy and while there, another online order had the same issue. If not for Ms. Green's assistance I would probably not go there again, but she really handled the situation with grace and professionalism. Thank you Ms. Green!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Waited in Drive Thru for about 20 minutes. To place order and they did not have half of what we wanted. Wait to get food at window to here cooks/staff use bad language. We got our order and my wife ask is this everything, the young lady said yes. We pulled up and something said check the order. We did and we were missing two items of our meal. We went back to the window to inform them. Wait another 5 minutes for them to correct the mistake. We will do survey on the receipt also,.
Terrible Experience. Half our order was incorrect, another 1/3 was missing. One of the employees in the restaurant was berating the other employees to their amusement, apparently.We ended up just giving the whole thing to our dogs and ordering pizza. Pretty expensive treat for them but I'm sure they enjoyed it.I set my expectations pretty low when it comes to fast food. I don't expect a 5-star gourmet meal and I certainly don't expect any semblance of customer service. What I do expect is my order to at least be correct, hopefully warm and somewhat timely. We didn't get close.Probably on me for going to Taco Bell. Live Mas indeed. I will endeavor to do so by keeping my blood pressure down by not visiting this location again.
I don't go to fast food joints unless I'm traveling. I was in Goose Creek, SC. They got my order right and the food was well made. The staff was courteous and efficient. Next time I'm in Goose Creek, SC I will likely choose to eat there again.
every single time i come here my order is wrong. i never complain but this time i submitted a complaint. i did a mobile order and waited 30 minutes which is totally fine, but my entire order was wrong. i wasn’t going to leave a negative review because mistakes happen. but then i returned tonight, one night after my incorrect order. i didn’t do a mobile order so i could just order at the window instead while i wait for a response and refund for my incorrect 25$ order from last night. my order tonight was correct but my bean burrito was cold, the cheese was hard and not melted & the person working the speaker toks me to order so i started ordering, i said two items and it was silent, the screen did not show anything i said so i sat there thinking they got busy, and the person just had me pull forward. i wasn’t even done ordering. so i left it at that. i will not try this location again. overall it seems they are struggling but it wasn’t busy tonight, there was one car in front of me. it felt like they were rushing me so i didn’t bother ordering the full order. i will now take my money elsewhere regardless of convenience.
Much faster since they put new Taco Bell near Devon Forest. Used to wrap around building all the time late nite.
I was trying to order Taco Bell, and to my dismay, my order was tragically cancelled. This was devastating. However, I would do anything for this Taco Bell, so I placed the order again. I called this time to reaffirm that my order would not get cancelled. Roger (#2580) saved the day, and said he would never cancel my order. He did a great job, big thanks to the man Roger! This was the worst taco bell I've ever. The quesadilla cheese was cold and not melted with no sauce.
I had to go out of my way because the one near where I live was out of a lot of stuff and so I'm glad I did.great experience all around from the service to the food. went through the drive- thru and lady that took my order was friendly, got to the window and she was very polite. fast food places don't get near as much praise as they do complaints and this praise was well deserved.
