Guy who works mornings always jips you of the toppings like 3 tomatoes and super thin layer of lettuce. Come on now, I know you’re supposed to put more. I ordered on the app yesterday when I knew I shoulda went in to make sure he does it right ?

Owner was very rude to me only 2 people there i was the only customer owner is being sloppy and so messy making a two footlong sandwiches i will never go back there ever again you couldn't pay me to go back bathroom was shut down also

This place has horrible management. Every time we go it’s extremely hot inside, palmetto bugs inside the ceiling light, the bathroom has been put or order fort he past 2 or more moths. When we go in to ordered they ask “ how many sandwiches “ just to tell us “ we’re closed” why bother to ask us then? Just tell us you don’t want our services. This place needs to be closed or new management. It’s just trash.

The owners are very rude. Asked for 6 subs and they were throwing stuff down and being completely unprofessional and rude. Do not recommend coming here

Rude owner. Will not be back ever. Went in after working out right at 8 pm. I checked the door that says they close at 9 so I went in. Owner mentioned it twice that they close at 8 but didn’t have the door locked and I offered to leave. My sandwiches were the worse I’ve ever seen at a subway.

Ordered online today. When I arrived the young Indian man that was at the counter asked if I needed help. There was practically no-one there but him and I. I told him, I had an online order, and he told me I have to wait 10 minutes. Granted he was not doing anything when I arrived. I said okay sat down, he started working on 2 orders for online orders I supposed. Asked me what was my name, yelling from one end to the store to the other. Once I tell him my name , he says ok not you, and started to do hand gesture like go sit down. Disrespectful.!, After 10 minutes when people start coming in, he points at the little shelf they have, and don't tell me that he put the cup for my soda inside the subway bag. I understand that the food industry is in a shortage of workers right now, but customer service and food quality should always come first. I will not be back, spend my money elsewhere.

These guys are a joke. If your place of business requires something outside of providing your customers the service or goods that you provide, that a person is coming to your place to pay for. Then provide it to said customers and find a way to offset your cost... just like a professional business would.. more specifically if you require a mask for me to shop at your store then have those mask at your entrance and then tell someone who requires what... until then lose customers..

Ordered a BLT sub asked the owner to pat- the grease off of the bacon...he told me not to complain! Owner is extremely unprofessional and he doesn’t follow the franchise rules..

Very nice clean place and there’s a handsome young man who always makes the best sandwiches !
