Ordered online, pick-up was set for 750. I get there at 745. They haven't even started on the order, I am standing there at the online pick up spot and the lady just keeps doing subs for other people(aprox 7 subs) till I get fed up and actually do the line since it was the only way to get her attention without making a scene. Proceed to tell her that i had ordered 40 minutes ago online. Proceeds to do my order, i walk away to cool off, i go back to get my order and drive home 3(minute drive) sub is freezing cold cause it was not heated and they did not give me the cookie that i paid for my pregnant wife(hope y'all don't have to deal with a pregnant woman with cravings). I sound like a Karen, I know but this was just mind blowing how horrible they were.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever seen obviously subway doesn’t care about this place because the reviews have been the same for two years and it’s still just as bad 30 min for a sandwich,employees who move at the slowest pace known to man while 10 people are waiting in line, if you find yourself here just walk 5 steps to the right and get Panda Express in 15 seconds for the same price and double the food

Apparently this place doesn't exist because they don't take online orders and their phone is disconnected

Ordered from the app, wo t be doing that again. The staff missed a bit of items and add-ons to my order. One if which that I ordered, they didn't even have.

Roach infested, there was a dead roach in my protein bowl, I returned and got a refund, they said they were aware of the problem but still serving food.

Typically decent, but they have a rotating door of employees and I was kept waoting for over thirty minutes on a sandwich while people after me got served because one of the employees thought it was funny.

Whoever was working the cash register at 7:05 PM on October 26th, 2020 was very very nice and she made my day by being kind, I hope her hardwork isn't unnoticed

INFESTED with fruit flies. When I said something the girl behind the counter said, yes they came in from outside. Its sad our Sailors have to deal with this, our family will not be back.

This is a new level of low. Absolutely the slowest service I've ever experienced and the employee Heiven has a TERRIBLE attitude. She rolled her eyes at literally everything I said, and the other customers. A customer said he wanted lettuce, tomato, onion, and mayo and she rolled her eyes at him and said “you want lettuce. Wait until I'm done” and made him state everything individually. I get that people have bad days but she's like this every time I come in. I won't be coming back until she's gone.

Dirty and nothing fresh about this place dont think I'll be going back
