Came into the store tonight at 855. The lady seamed like she didnt want to be there, and told me yall didn't have all the meat that I wanted for my sub. So I decided on something different and the bread was warm and she said it would be difficult to cut and offered me something that i reallydidn'twant. So I just decided to go across the street to eat at McDonald's.
Propensity for not having all ingredients on the line, operating slowly, and assembling sandwiches poorly. I've been here 4 times and had 1 good experience.
Charged me for bacon and never even got my bacon! I ordered off Uber eats and the receipt attached SAYS BACON ADDED. Could’ve just refunded me but overall the sandwich was good.
Manager would not let me cancel my order from a closed store and repurchase my food from that store. I was told i could not cancel an order if it was placed even with the store being closed. I asked if they could call that store when they open to help me out. She said i only care about my store. I cant help you.
Hands down, the dirtiest Subway I have ever been in. The employee working the counter laid his earbuds on the prep surface where the sandwiches are made. Too bad for me, as this location is very convenient, but I'll not be going back.
I didn't catch her name but the employee with the number 4123 an is a manager.Made all the online sandwiches wrong. Then proceeded to tell me that they weren't suppose to be toasted when it clearly stated TOASTED on the refund receipt. Plus leaving the other worker for 40 minutes while she was in the bathroom on her cell phone. I waited for 20 minutes for 10 dollars an 35 cent bc the poor guy at the register was new.. moral of this complaint IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB DONT NOT WORK THERE! Being rude to customers and ur fellow workers isnt cool or professional at all.
Constantly gets my order wrong for delivery. Their phone number is listed as out of service.
