The subway in goose creek. I walk in and not a person in the restaurant, 2 girls behind the counter. Not a hello or welcome to subway. I ask a question about a sub and neither one spoke a word to me, acted like i wasn't even there. I stand there waiting for about 3/4 mins and still not a word spoken to me. I finally say well, guess I'll go to Jimmy John's and get a sub and walk out the door. Unreal!!! 5/5/2022
Im so mad about my order. My sandwiches where horrible. The blt was dry and damn near unchewable and the tuna sub was salty. My cookies was salty and some uncooked. Im calling but no one would answer the phone. I want my money back $27 bucks for this is an outrage. I haven't eaten at subway in a while and I think its going to be another long time before I eat there again. Dont waste your money
Employees have no clue what they are doing. I ordered the Ham and Cheese Melt. It is supposed to come with extra cheese and they didn’t do it. Then they waited until after the sandwich was made to tell me they didn’t have the bag to melt it. On top of that one of the employees was on the phone via AirPods while talking to customers.This is the first time I have been back there in years because they have changed the menu and it will be the last.Take my advice and go somewhere else.
The sandwich was good and fresh. Ordered green peppers received cucumbers, requested toasted for both sandwiches neither came toasted however used the coupon code and the 2nd one was free which was deal!!!! So for the most part we were pleased.
Ordered 45 cookies from this restaurant and i was highly disappointed as many of the cookies were burnt and two times thicker than they should be. I will not be returning back to this location. WORST LOCATION EVER!
Terrible customer service! I ordered my food online for curbside pickup. I pulled up to pick up my subs and nobody came out to deliver them. I drove to the drive-in window and there was a sign up saying the drive up window was closed. I drove back around to a parking spot and called and the phone....it rang and rang and rang. I walked inside to get my order. There was only two customers in there and no other cars outside so I know they saw me pull up. I asked for my order and they gave me my order and I left only to find out when I got to the traffic light that it was the wrong order. I had to drive all the way down St James to turn around. I went back into the store where there was only two more customers. I explained that they had given me the wrong order and they pointed to an order on the tray and did not even apologize until I said something to them giving me the wrong order. I asked to speak to the manager. I explained to her that I had to order my subs online and ordered curbside pickup. She did say she she was sorry about the mix-up on the order but she had a little grin on her face like.... Why are you bothering me with this. I told her I did not appreciate the bad customer service at that store and that I would go down to the subway on University boulevard for good customer service. Good customer service is the key. If you can't deliver good customer service then you will lose a lot of customers for good!
DO NOT EAT HERE. DO NOT GIVE THIS STORE YOUR BUSINESS.Absolutely the nastiest, dirtiest, most disgusting experience. Very dirty inside. No ice in drink machines. Sandwiches are slopped together. Rude employees. Worst customer service possible.Just don’t waste your time or money.
One of the worst subway experience I’ve ever had. There out of a lot items, the service was horrible, and customers were not greeted when they entered the store. A young lady was working the store with screw up edges wrapped around red weave underneath black exstention weave serving sandwiches, it was disgusting. She looks as if she just got off her shift at the strip club.
I got their tuna sub toasted with extra black olives and they loaded with them and put lots of tuna on it. I highly recommend them and will be going back for more.
5th time they never get the order right and always have an attitude but can’t expect too much from teenagers running the store
