If the service doesn't recognize you as a regular they're pretty rude. How this place , or any Starbucks is thriving is testament to the growing American ignorance. Pinkys up!

I absolutely love going to our local Starbucks. They are so friendly and what we order is always delicious!

Pulled away from the drive thru this morning saying to myself "wow that was incredible service." They called me by name, got my order correctly and even checked to be sure. It's not often that you get a really awesome drive thru experience so felt like I needed to share!

I waited 45 minutes for 1 drink today. Apparently the mobile system went down yet no one informed me, so they didn’t receive my drink. No one tried to ask me what I was waiting on. I had to go to the register and ask her to check on my mobile. On top of that, she was the only one doing register and mobiles herself. She was clearly swamped and took over 20 minutes for someone to step in, including the manager sitting in the lobby on her computer. & when I finally got my drink, it was made incorrectly. I always have a hard time at this starbucks. save yourself the trouble and go to the university starbucks.

Coffee was beyond delicious. Excellent service. Will definitely go again.

I love my Starbucks! The place is clean. The staff is polite, friendly and professional. Service is fast and orders are 99.7% accurate.

If I could put a zero star rating I would they didn’t even fix my drink right and all of Night Shift was upset about something customers had nothing to do with. I wanted a refund but I didn’t ask for one.Thursday, March 24th @8PM

Long line and the girl working the drive through was more concerned with her conversation than making sure my drink was correct

I came through the drive thru this past Sunday having a horrible day. I didn’t realize until I made it to the window to pay, that I left my wallet at home. The app was freezing so I couldn’t log in. I told the lady at the window I would pull around and come in, or run back for my wallet. She was so incredibly kind, while I was so embarrassed. She told me here is your drink, have a great day. After arguing with her I finally tucked my tail, thanked her and left in tears. I did come back because I don’t like taking anything and this has never happened to me. I wish I saw her name, she turned my bad day around and restored my faith in humanity slightly. Great job Starbucks on hiring great people!!

I've only ever needed to reach out to Customer Service about a bad experience, but THIS TIME, I had to write a review to tell you all about the EXCELLENT service I received from two members, Ziggy and Bri. They were AMAZING and Bri in particular was, as she put it, "chef's kiss"! SHE is the epitome of what I expect and believe a Barista should be. She took the time to get to know me, she took the time to offer something that she likes based on what I said. SHE TOOK THE TIME TO WRITE IT DOWN FOR ME TO MAKE SURE I GOT IT RIGHT! You want to know the absolute best part, it was not too much before closing and we ALL know what it's like going somewhere right before closing time. SHE TOOK THE TIME, I can't stress that enough. She has the personality that I want to see more of, and for that, for her service alone, excuse me, and Ziggy's :) I'll go BACK again tomorrow, AND THE NEXT DAY and every other day that I possibly can. Believe me, this location gets enough business, that would make me not want to wait in that line, but the for the chance to have service as good as I did the other day, I'll chance it. THANK YOU BRI AND ZIGGY for being the BEST parts of Starbucks. And in case you're wondering, it's the grilled cheese... CHEF'S KISS!
