This place was 3 stars at best when we had to deal with the little smart mouth boy behind the counter!!! NOW.. Miss Angela in the drive thru I wish I could give 7 stars!!!!! The most kind sweet lady I have ever had the privilege to deal with in a fast food establishment!!!! Keep smiling!!!!!
The food was good. However I went through the drive thru and ordered. I checked my food before I left and yes they forgot 2 things. Had to go into the store to get the missing items. Immediately was handed what was missing. Other than that it was a good experience.
With so many other options, Would definitely not visit again. The food was too spicy for us, even the gravy was too spicy. The little biscuits were pretty good, but that was it.
Don’t go after 9pm they will refuse to cook anything and will already be out of everything. I hope the owners have plenty of money, because if not they are sure missing out on a lot. We were vehicle #6 that pulled up to order then drove away in the 5 minutes we pulled in and left.
They literally don’t listen here. Every time I go my order is in correct. The only reason I kept trying was because of how close this location is. But tonight was the last time. I ordered a 3 piece meal, mild, dark meat with macaroni and cheese. I received 3 spicy wings and fries. When I said I’m sorry I ordered Mac and cheese not fries the kid didn’t saying just took the food back. They threw a scoop of Mac and cheese in a bowl (as pictured) and handed it back without saying anything. The Mac and cheese had this layer around it that was very rubbery. They were out of biscuits yet nothing to make up for the fact you are paying for something and not receiving it. Literally the only thing correct was my drink.
Two visits, same night:#1 Due to some sort of order glitch, my mobile order could not be found when I arrived. Not the store employees' fault, but they also couldn't be any less helpful. They just didn't seem to care, or maybe didn't know how to help. Nothing in their interactions with me demonstrated empathy. All I could do was pay for another order.#2 9:30PM on Tuesday evening. No one answering at the drive-thru speaker. There were two cars in front of mine, waiting at the pickup window. I have no idea what was going on. AFAIK they close at 10PM, according to Google.
Went between 10:30 & 11:00 am. Was very disappointed. No other customers. Wasn't offered a choice of sides. Filled my soda cup & found no straws, napkins or anything else. Went back to counter to ask for them. Took sometime to get cashiers attention (still only customer), I seemed to be one more customer than he could handle. Lady in the back heard our conversation, asked why the straws, napkins, etc. were empty. She had told him earlier to restock the items. After about 10 minutes longer, my one small order was ready. After my 5 to 10 minute walk home; I found the sauce wasn't there, I received 2 biscuits as sides. The food was dry & extremely cold. Granted, I haven't been there in some time. But, what a disappointment! I have walked past 4 times, since this happened. That's 4 times I would have stopped. I will try again. Just hope that I don't waste money that I can't afford. :(
The most painfully slow drive thru service of my life, was moving slow so used the mobile order to help outAnd that was a fail. Get to the window finally after a 20 minute wait( five cars were ahead) there were 5 people inside, so there was no excuse. Then get to the food, for what I paid for the family meal, I was diassapointed. Large fry side was very small and not good,maybe a quarter of the box was full and would in no way be divided between a family. Was happy to see a location come near my house and now I will never go back. Rest of the food was mediocre at best, not sure how long this location will stay open if they don’t change
Order regular fish sandwiches; but, got spicy...I would've liked a small amount of tartar sauce...I guess with one person doing it all...things go left!
The food was good, we sure would have liked to have had the service to be just as good; the young man taking our order was the worst person to have on the front counter to represent Popeyes, he never welcomed us and he was very unfriendly taking our order. As we were waiting to see about getting tea for our beverage the Manger came up to retrieve a register and was just as unfriendly as her employee. I worked in food service for many years and know what it is to have a frustrating day but never in my life would I allow or tolerate such behavior from myself and especially my employees, it sure wasn't a very good experience for my husband or myself. We hope next time will be better if there is a next time. Oh just to say the 2 stars was for the food and the food only.
