Went in on Friday, June 3rd. Younger cashier with dark hair and glasses was very nice and did great handling a difficult guest. He said it was his second day so I was impressed. Food was great. Service was even better which is really important since I am in the industry and know what is expected
Robin was extremely rude. She said I couldn’t wait inside for my order. Told me they just got my order yet it was placed 32 minutes ago. I will never go back. All the other employees just sat there while she was so short and rude to me. No hello nothing. Shameful way to speak to people. How welcoming smh sad day in customer service.
I asked for extra extra sauce— I paid for extra extra sauce— while ordering I let the person Know that if they don’t point this detail out to the person in the kitchen that I won’t get extra sauce. Big surprise, I didn’t get extra sauce. They refused to redo the pizza or give me a refund and hung up in my face. Nice.
Educate your employees & managers thst your breadstick come with marinara sauce & you should never tell a paying cuztomer that they arent worth the trip especially after i tipped the driver!!
I was not satisfied that I paid 1.50 for such a small package of blue cheese dressing, it should have been complimentary especially when my order totalled over $50, the picture on the menu for the dressing is very deceiving
I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut after today. Ordered a supreme no mushrooms, pan crust. They no longer do pan crust for supreme pizzas so what we ended up with was a saltine cracker crust. It was disgusting and greasy. It had about half the toppings it normally would have. Guess I'll just go to Little Caesars.
The app is not as friendly as Little Caesers. Picking up the pizza is not as easy as at Little Caesers. The taste of the pizza, a Supreme, was not even as good as a frozen Totinos. The price was way too high for the quality. Never again.
A person called me from there and was very rude. Canceled my order as they said they could not do it after I had already ordered. He was really not nice. When I asked his name he would not tell me and hung up. I would like to be contacted.
The young gentleman at the register when I paid was so pleasant, kind. He seemed to have a passion for his job. This world needs more people like him. Thank you.
Everything, it was hot, delicious, good price and we bought enough to eat the leftover next day for breakfast and still great taste. Thank you!
