We've tried several times to give this location a chance and once again we're disappointed. We usually order our pizza with sauce, no cheese with mushrooms and spinach. After getting maybe five pieces of mushrooms and not even a handful of spinach, I decided to add extra. What a waist. I mean is there a shortage that we continue to little.to no vegetables on the pizza. I feel if we're paying close to 40.00 for food make it worth it !!
Very disappointed in Earl the driver and management at this location! I have ordered delivery many times and have never had this experience. My order took over an hour and a half just to be dropped off on another person's front porch. Once I called to inform them that I did not receive my order I was only given the options of doing carry out and waiting for them to remake it( can't do), waiting 2 hours for a remake and delivery(2 small kiddos), or a refund. I live less than 10 minutes away, and don't have a car at the moment as to why I wanted delivery anyway! I definitely feel like this situation should have been taken care of differently, since clearly Earl made a mistake. Papa John's shame on you!
The most DRYEST AND BURNT UP PIZZA AND I SAID EXTRA CHESSE!!!!! Like Really is it that hard to make a decent pizza?!? Took over a hour for one pizza and the stupid poppers. I'm calling for remake tomorrow. Spent my money for a GOOD pizza not this Nasty thing. I won't eat it so I can bring it back to you. This is how you serve people you need new works! Happens every time! Really annoyed you are ruining my taste for my favorite pizza place. Get it together!
Very disappointed in the wings. Not fully cooked and barely any sauce on them. Definitely not worth the price.Update, still disappointed, ever since Door Dash has started delivering, the pizza takes forever to get to you, and is barely warm. The product seems of lesser quality as well. We are done ordering from Papa John's.
Haven't ordered from PaPa John's in awhile, so thought I'd give it a try with the New York style. The taste was good but it was an average size at a New York price. Not worth the money.
I like it. The said he dough is never frozen so that definitely is a great way to get customers! That why I went and my kids love it as well!
Well…. For Valentine’s I wanted a heart shaped pizza for me and my boyfriend but the pizza we got was shaped nothing like a heart. We also ordered cheesy bread and it was okay.. just short (didn’t look like the 10 inches we ordered) and burnt at the crust. However we ordered chipotle honey wings and that was the only “good” thing we ordered.I never had a bad experience with Papa Johns until now. Even the time when the pizza delivery guy dropped my box of cheesy bread on my porch, it still was good. Is there a way to get a refund for the pizza though??

Jim Roy is THE BEST delivery person! HANDS DOWN! He has delivered our pizza 3x and each time has been top notch Customer service! He even brings some paper plates/napkins, so you don't have to wash any dishes. Just his demeanor is so pleasant and friendly! Every pizza place needs a Jim Roy!
