I usually stop here at least once a week on my way as a caregiver for my mother-in-law who's 94 & has Alzheimer's. Over the last 3-4 weeks I've always ordered my go-to, a double cheeseburger, plain. The white dots are mayonnaise that I put on it before taking the picture. It's plain to see pickles, ketchup & mustard in my burger.No quality control at all. I've always trusted them to give me what I've ordered & in the past, they've always come thru with the correct order. I've never had to check the order before I leave because I've known it would be right. Not so since mid May. The staff are careless about order accuracy & I discern an attitude of indifference to customers in general by the front staff.I will not eat/order anything from that location nor will I recommend it to anyone who wants an accurate order. Ill go to the other end of Goose Creek to the store on Highway 52 even though its 4 miles out of my way.
This is my second time coming to this location and the burger is always cold, not fresh! And the bread is always hard. I ordered a cheeseburger no pickles and they just pulled off the pickles, I could tell because some pickle pieces and juice was still on the burger. I am allergic to pickles I had to throw away the sandwiches otherwise it would be a lawsuit! Take pride in your customers orders, we pay our money to have fresh food!!
I'm a regular here, and there is a reason for this. This location is always extremely clean, food never takes more than maybe 5-7 minutes. There's been more than a few occasions when I've gotten my order before I've even left the counter after paying. The employees are personable and ALWAYS doing what they need to. Somehow, even in the busier hours of the day, this location STILL manages to run smoothly. They have NEVER forgotten any item in my order or got anything wrong. The day manager recognizes me when I go, and when she sees me she has the biggest smile on her face and always makes me feel welcome. I'm gonna stay a regular at this location :)).
Bagger was on his phone making a personal call then touched my food and bag with same hand. Nobody told him to get off phone. Everyone walked by. Never coming back here
It was a pleasant visit. The customer service was great. Everything was made fresh. The inside was clean and sanitized. Drive-thru was pretty smooth and all questions was answered accordingly.
Biscuits so hard fell apart ... but McMuffin was burnt and still wrapped and given. This location is worst McD in SC!!! Shame on your low class employees for doing this.

ordered through doordash, and finally got my food to find out my burger was RAW. bit into it just to find myself immediately spitting it out, get some new cooks or something. discusting.
When all McDonald's starts opening their dining rooms and restrooms I will probably rate them higher. But due to these franchised fast food places cutting employees down to two helpers to save on cost of running the store. The ratings I have given will not increase. Also McDonald's has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The lines for the drive-in are ridiculous and I will not wait in line. Rather I usually order online and have the curbside service they offer. There are some of the stores that don't have curbside service so I avoid them. McDonald's supposedly blames it on the Covid Pandemic their reasons for not opening their dining rooms. Hey McDonald's we now have vaccines that are taking care of people. So now what is your excuse????
fml to all the people who get off at 1030 hoping to catch a quick bite...... say they close at 11 but all the employees smoking in the parking lot w the system saying they closed by 1045.
