I ordered a happy meal for my daughter and the bottom bun had a bite taken out of itWent to order in person and I stood there at the register for several minutes since the kioskswere down. Multiple employees saw and stared, but did nothing. This kid named Jose even explicitly told the woman who was training him he would not. It wasn't until another customer said something that the manager stepped in and walked Jose through taking the order. I would not be surprised if my food has been spit in.
Went through the drive through got my receipt with the time of 7:30 on it, moved up and got my drink and was asked to pull up to the yellow line ahead. I sat there waiting on my meal and did not get it until 8:05. When I get home, I then realize they couldn’t even give me the right size order of fries that I asked and paid for. Terrible service.
Molded food. I have no idea how this made it out of their kitchen but it did. When we called them about it, they couldn’t care less and simply said there’s nothing they could do as it was a delivery order. Nothing you can do? How about checking your food for mold? I think that’s pretty basic.
I literally just got off from work and was looking for a quick meal so I stopped at McDonald’s and ordered a burger got home started eating my burger and looked down and saw nothing but pink, I’m completely disgusted and very upset because this is the one McDonald’s that I could go to that I thought would never let me down.
I went thur the drive thru around 10:30 pm and i ordered a a Mcflurry with my meal and it looked very slack put together it was dripping on the sides and when i asked for a new one they cleaned the cup and gave it back to me they didn’t greet me or say much back to me when I asked is this a new one he didn’t answer he went to get a lady and she just sat there i told her i wanted a new one she said even though he wiped it off i said yea then she finally gave me what I ordered. Horrible service rude people

I loved the Macdonald's here. I VERY RARELY go to these fast foods, but when I went there the cleanliness of the place and especially the bathroom was amazing. I easily get grossed out if the place where I'm eating is dirty. I believe the manager's name was Christine(sorry I didn't ask for your name and I didn't pay attention to your nametag) she spoke Spanish really good and she was great with communication between her coworkers and the customers. She went above and beyond. We need more like her and her staff. Helpful, kind, and always in a good mood with everyone.
If I could leave a negative amount of stars I would. Tonight I placed a mobile order for curbside pickup at 8:54pm and waited for 25 minutes. After that I tried to go to the doors which all happened to be locked. I attempted 4 times to call the locally listed telephone number to speak to someone, but of course there was no answer. I then decided to get in the drive through line and notifying the person via speaker I was there for the mobile order. I received my food at 9:45pm which happened to be very cold.Quite possibly a suggestion for McDonald's, add high blood pressure medicine to the menu.
Dining room was closed. Drive through took a long time. When I pulled up to the first window I had to beep my horn to get the attention of the attendant that was texting. They were out of unsweetened tea. The order was correct and the food was fresh. My guess is they must have a shortage of staff members.
I made an order yesterday around 9pm through the McDonald's App and paid. I get there, park in the designated spot, and wait... and wait... and wait... Finally after 20 minutes, I pull up to the drive-thru window, and explain that I've been waiting on my order that I paid for through the app. They tell me that their "system is down", and that they can't make the order because it wasn't there, despite me having the paid order on my phone. So terrible! I will not be returning to this location.
