Order the five piece hot wing meal waited behind two cars for about 5 minutes get to the window the the girl takes another 2 minutes to get my money then she gives me my change then she closes the window and then she comes back about 2 minutes later and says that I need to pull up it's going to take the wings 2 more minutes I tell her I wasn't going to pull up if it was only taking 2 more minutes so then she starts talking about the other customers behind me have ordersI have order also you already took my money so then the manager comes to the window talking about is there a problem pulling up yes there's a problem pulling up so I've been waiting almost 10 minutes on my meal and y'all are telling me to pull up for 2 minutes so I tell him to give me my money back it takes him almost 5 minutes to give me my money back so if the food took only 2 more minutes to cook but it took you 5 minutes to give me my money back why wasn't the food ready in the time that you was taking to give me my money back when you could have just gave me my food that KFC always wants you to pull up it is a bad situation they need to do better.
Horrible customer service! I had an door-dash order and I went thru Drive Thru! NO CUSTOMERS inside or at Drive Thru! They told me to come in just to hand me the order when it was already done they could of just hand it to me thru Drive Thru! No one was inside when I came in! I understand door-dash orders have to come inside but it was raining and I don’t get out unless I have to! It could of went a different way then him being rude when I went in to get the door-dash order. He could of just give me the order at Drive Thru and told me next time you have to come in but not attitude had to come with it when I didn’t order that!!!!
Terrible experience with a VERY rude drive thru lady who apparently didn't feel like doing her job. Didn't correctly ring up our food then when we got to the window was told to get back in drive through line just to recieve our side order of Mac and cheese. When we went into the dinner this same lady yells through the kitchen "I didn't tell him to come through dinning I told him to go through drive thru" I am not sure when customer service turned into telling customers what to do but we will not be returning to this location. Better service at bojangles down the road.
Needs to be closed down,Have been there twice and both times my order has been wrong even after I went back around and had a guy come to my car and they still couldn't get it right and all it was was 2 3 piece meals,The second time I ordered a chicken sandwich which are suppose to be cooked when ordered was cold and hard and my half and half tea which was right on my receipt turned out to be cherry pepsi.The worst excuse for KFC ever.
The fried chicken is amazing cuz of the Colonel's 11 secret herbs and spices! They now serve french fries (not them ole potatoe wedges) and they're sooo yummy!

They stopped selling just about everything. It is a shame used to like that place alot but they went so far down hill not good kfc. No more backed beans no more parfait no more chicken livers. Chicken has lost its quality too.
This location is the most unprofessional establishment I ever been to in my 52 yrs of life. My orders are wrong nearly 50% of the time and if you call KFC no one ansewrs!
The only reason I give it three stars is because I ordered a bucket of chicken half original half extra crispy and the rest of my food. Something told me to check my food before I left so I did and lo and behold it was only original. Disappointing but not enough to where I won't go back so.
I had a GREAT experience at this location! My daughter has never tried popcorn chicken before so I suggested we go to KFC!!!! The gentleman Cameron who took our order was very polite,nice and helpful!!!!! It's so hard to find people who wants to work anymore or any that has a good work ethic. There has been so many restaurants, stores and etc that I've been to and I don't even get a greeting and I can't stand that. He welcomed us with a greeting and a smile at the window. I would also like to add that the food was hot , fresh and soooo good!!! Thank you Cameron for making our experience a success!!
