Got here 8:45PM, attempted to order a “Mike’s Philly” only to be told their grill is closed because they close at 9PM. So does this location close at 9PM, or do you all close whenever the staff decide they want to clean up and leave?? First and last time at the St. James location!! If there is a limited menu after a certain time, that needs to be stated, otherwise hire new staff!!!
Ordered with door dash pick up. Easiest thing ever! Staff, par usual, very friendly and efficient. Always customers in the store which indicates good food. Thanks!
Love the sandwiches here. It's not the cheapest place to get a sandwich. The mid size sandwich is a bit small to me for the price and to get a bigger one yr look at a jump in price to 14.00. Other than that, the sandwiches are good, made well, and from a friendly staff. Parking is easy. They do have an rewards card.
T with the addition of Marissa added to the management team makes me wish I could give a 10 star review. This shop is always clean and everyone working and they all always greet whoever is coming in the door. Great lunch spot!
Great communication among the crew. I came during the dinner rush and even if the place looks low manned the workers knew how to effectively manage their stations and juggle spots. I asked if they can check if my other sandwich didn’t have jalapeños while they were busy and they still accommodated me.
Food is always fresh and on point. Prices are a little high but this is no subway! You pay for good quality, which is what you typically get from this location!
What Happened??So the family did the normal Friday routine and order subs so that means a salad for me. I have done this several time before but tonight I got my sub in a tub with a special treat MAYONNAISE ?... Money Wasted
Nothing good to say about this place. My wife went up there and got a sub for me. She asked them if they could heat up the meat of an Italian sub, for medical reasons I have to have my deli heated up. She said they really didn't answer her and said ya or something. They made the sub and gave it to her. They didn't heat the meat on the grill. She asked if they did and they said no. They told her that they don't have a grill to heat up the meat. They said they could put it in the microwave. The whole sub! I have been to a Jersey Mike's before and it had a grill. How do they make their cheesesteaks? Microwave the beef? They make you pay before you get your sandwich, so you are stuck with the sandwich. All they had to say was that they couldn't heat up the meat and she wouldn't have ordered. She just thought the crew that was there that night was rude.
The sub was good. The service could have been better. It did not take very long to receive my order. Overall, it was an okay experience. I would return again.
You have a great staff. Your people are so helpful and courteous. Run into your staff outside of restaurant they remember you. Fast service and nice people. I give this store 5 stars all day long
