By far the worst customer service I have experienced in my years of visiting a Hardee’s, knowing the importance of customer service! And to say me being a former employee my high school years things has really changed at this location. Well to make it clear me and my family arrived at this location at 10:18 a.m to be greeted by the most shift leader EVER. She stop breakfast at 10:18 and said they ran out of food, are you serious so you guys have no chicken, no steak,no bacon , no eggs! Wow so then I asked can she give me District number the young lady said she not giving me nothing and for me to have a nice day. Also would not give her name of her being the shift leader on duty. If I was anyone don’t waste your time or money this is actually my second time customer service at its worst!
First of all the people that quality of service was horrible! As a manager and a server of a restaurant I was appalled by the attitude of the window girl on 1/30/2022 at approximately 6:15 am. She was rude and told me she could not accept cash because people had stolen money from the establishment. I told her my background in food and bev and that I am currently working in the industry and wised why she couldn’t accommodate cash as she delivered my food and she said, “ we do not have access to any money other than what is in our registers until 9am,” three hours later. This is nowhere near true because all food service is required to have management present that can access a change fund to replenish or exchange larger currency ($50 bill). She the said have a nice day and slammed the window and walked away. Hardee’s this is not a culture or a business model you should condone if you wish to continue to be successful.
Came into the drive-thru order double cheeseburger no pickle no onions ketchup mustard only two large Cokes. For the price you would think they would get it right but no. They put pickles and onions on it no ketchup or mustard. For 23+ dollars. That should never happen.
This store is absolutely terrible. I sat here for 15 min before ordering and I sat at the mic for 3 minutes before I was greeted & there was absolutely no other customers here.
Ordered food. The frisco was made wrong and there was a hair in it. I found out the hard way after cooking on it. So I tried the other burger and the meat was still raw in one of the patties! Truly disgusting! Hardee’s used to be the best fast food place to eat at and you would think they would work harder to produce quality food due to the high prices!
They forgot my two large fries and did not fixed the sandwich as order
This morning, Friday, December 3, 2021, had to be one of the worst experiences.1) They open at 5 am and the door was not open.2) Another customer witnessed the same thing and suggested the drive thru.3) I go to the drive thru to place an order. I told the person what I wanted and she repeated back half of the order and said I cannot hear you. So I spoke loudly and she said first of all do not yell. I explained to her that I was not yelling and I was speaking up because she did not hear me the first time. She goes on to say I am not taking your order and have a good day. 4) There was not any note on the door stating why the inside was not open.Time wasted. Nothing probably gets done but I wanted to let you all know about my experience this morning. This happened around 6 am.one star because she did say "have a good day!" NEVER AGAIN!
I just spent over $25, she tried making me pay twice. Then she didn't even give me the right food!!! I got a famous star and all that was in the burger was two patties and cheese. I'm livid because I don't have time to go back. ?

Order was correct and made on time. I've been going to this Hardee's since the 80s. I remember Rick Flair had a meet and greet when I was a kid. Awesome memory (whoooo!!!!)
