Quick cuppa coffee
I know prices have gone up but wow they only put a teaspoon of jelly in the donuts. I bought 4 and all of them had the same amount. I dont know if it's the person making them or Management told them to put the least amount possible. The other two I go to is fine so idk. I gave a 3 stars because they was friendly and fast. The store was clean. So idk I hope they start giving people there money's worth.
It took 20 minutes for me to get a coffee I did an online order for. Loved the coffee, but the service has room for improvement
I was there as it just opened thinking I would get the best verity of doughnuts. But no such luck. They only had 7 chocolate cake & crawlers in my doz. of doughnuts.She had a few other choices to choose from. I gave 3*s because of her service but due to my disappointment, I couldn't bring myself to give more *s.
Not a great experience. Dine in area closed due to the limited number of employees. Drive thru had a limited menu. Multiple food items not available due to malfunctioning equipment. I order a coffee and left.
The staff, esp the miss on the mic, was super helpful with my order (I had never been to Dunkin’ before, shocker I know) but it was my coworkers birthday so I was getting drinks and donuts. She helped me figure out what to get, super patient and kind. That’s so rare these days but it makes the world a better place. She deserves a raise but no idea what her name is. It’s Tuesday morning 1-25-22 (0815) so if her boss sees this, please praise her for making this place great.
Would give zero stars if possible. You call yourself a donut shop, but when I show up in the morning around 0530 to get donuts for my class you tell me they won’t be ready until around 1100??? Absolute joke of an alleged “donut shop” correct me if I’m wrong but are donuts not an early morning thing?
It's a dunkin, if you've never had it, its head and shoulders above Tim Hortons IMO as far as beverages especially coffee. Food, not so much, but this particular location does a good job with freshness. Speed isn't great but not terrible. I enjoy this location
The sandwich looked amazing and when you bite into it it’s cold the only thing warm are the eggs. My seven year old even said “ mommy this sandwich is cold” I tried to surprise him with breakfast guest we were surprised . Eat at home!!
This is the first time I'm ever rating a dunkin less than four or five stars. Seems like there's always something when we come here. We always order through the app, yet when we get there, they usually don't have something.We ordered drinks and food, order went through. We got to the speaker, and all was fine. We got to the window only to find their ovens or whatever were under maintenance and they weren't serving food that day. It's 2022, how does dunkin not have the ability to mark items unavailable on their app?
