We ordered a pizza at 9:30, and it didn’t get here until 11:30. Which is fine, I don’t mind waiting. But the pizza is inedible because of the amount of sauce they put and missing toppings.
Driver was very rude and didn’t say a word. He just handed me my order, I said, thank you and he turned around and walked away without saying anything! I should have kept my tip
Check your receipt! The total charged did not match the total due on my receipt. Unfortunately since I did not catch the mistake until I returned from deployment, they got an extra 2.14 out of me. Won't happen again to me, hope it won't happen to you.
The pizza was great and the people were very nice while picking it up. No complaints at all.
I have never heard such horrible customer service in my LIFE. The late night store manager who told us his name was Greg, but his name is actually RICHARD KEARSE, was ridiculously rude. Genuinely made everyone who was listening gasp because it was sincerely so snide, uncouth, and straight up crass. I will never be ordering from here again! Terrible service.
My friend’s mom ordered 3 pizzas through the app and the driver never delivered them. She called to find out where they were, but apparently they took the pizza to the wrong address. She spoke to the manager who was rude as hell. Greg, the manager, was unfriendly and unhelpful. Greg if you’re seeing this, just know I’ve worked in customer service for 10 years myself and the way you talked to my mom’s friend was completely unacceptable. She was understandably frustrated, considering the amount of money she spent, and obviously running a pizza establishment isn’t your forte since you can’t handle common decency. You suck. Thanks for nothing.
Greg the store manager was extreme rude on the phone, this guy is the most unprofessional manager I ever seen. He was laughing on the phone after complaining about not receiving an order.
Was told 45 mins to an hour,almost said no,but accepted time & BAM less than 30 minutes I was stuffing pizza in my face, THANKS DOMINO'S
Thwy don't put the garlic butter on the crust.. ever.. if they do its barley there.. Ordered a large and was given a medium. Our delivery or pick up times are never accurate. If we pick up we're waiting longer, sometimes 20 minutes. If we deliver and do contact less they knock on the door asking for a tip even if we paid it in the app.. this location sucks all around
I bought 5 pizza's totaling just over $100 and left a $5 tip for the Delivery driver.... because thats all the money I had and 3 hungey teenager's. When the driver "Kevin" at the Goose Creek locationbrought the pizza to my door he was very rude and said " You have a hundred dollar order and can't even leave a tip!" He was so disrespectful. And when I called to speak with the manager, he was just as rude. I will NEVER order from there again
