They messed up our order I tried to call no answer. We decided to drive back and tell them when we did the girl at the window had an attitude and got the manager or whoever was in charge to help us than once they replaced the item we got no apologize or anything just the window slammed in our face. They had no respect and we never got an apology I go here a lot and I have never been treated the way I was this time. Very disappointed. Please teach your employees to have manners and not be disrespectful to the customers. I know it’s hard to deal with customers sometimes but these employees need to be taught respect because we are the paying customers.
My family and I came through the drive thru around 1:50 on Father's day. The young lady taking orders was EXTREMELY RUDE. We were just making sure she heard the item that we ordered because he thought she said can you repeat that. When he repeated what he had just said she yelled I got that. Then I said OK well he didn't hear you. I told my fiance drive off we will go somewhere else. We went next door to Hardee's and was treated with great service.
First of all they steals people money. They messed up my order. I had to wait in the drive threw line twice which was the only option. And they refused to replace my order with what I should have been given to begin with and threaten to call 12 on me. Now I have to not only dispute the charge with my card company but may have to get an attorney involved. Black people beware!
Ice cream is always good, food not so much.
Really good customer service. I made a mistake ordering something for my sons birthday and they fixed it even tho the mistake was mine and they didn’t have to do anything to help. It was very appreciated.
The staff was very friendly. There was a long line but the wait was not bad. But when I arrived home this is what is my box. They charge 8 dollars plus for this meal and this is all they add to the box?
One word...Peanut Buster Parfait(oops)!! Good God they are good. Tastes just like it did when I was a kid!!
The inside dining is closed before 8pm on a Saturday. The line outside takes 20-30 minutes if not more. Once’s you are in the line you are stuck until you order. Once you leave the drive through you cannot park and eat your ice cream. You have to leave location. Last two times the ice cream was melting and it was supposed to be a blizzard. The Summerville location was much better service.
It always has fresh food. You have to wait a few minutes, but it really is not long. I would rather wait than get cold fries. if I do get cold food, I don't come back.
The whole staff the evening of Feb 5th, deserves kudos! Thanks for being so efficient and happy to go out of the way ?
