The food is great. The manager, not so much. Unsure of her name, but the older woman with the bangs and glasses. All of the other employees are fabulous. I witnessed this woman talking bad about employees TO the customers. She literally asked the customers if they wanted jobs because her employees don’t want to work. Meanwhile all of them are doing a great job. She’s basically yelling to the whole restaurant. Then she sits behind my booth with an employee arguing with them because she didn’t see their time off request. Just very unprofessional. These complaints and conversations should not be made in front of the public. It not only is embarrassing to the employee, but disrespectful towards the guests trying to enjoy their meals. Teenagers don’t want to work because they have managers like this woman..
I don't know this man's name but! He's what I remember America being like! He loves his job and greets every single person with such kindness! It was my very first time eating pizza in a year since I got sick! And having his friendly voice and really loving his job and the people! The food was very good! It might not be much to a lot of people! But this man's wonderful attitude made me relax and just enjoy being there! The other staff were fast and great! But he should be the face to Cicis! Honestly now a days! Honestly it's more about people loving their jobs, doing their jobs, and treating people like they really do care! And for the price I wasn't worried about if I could eat it or not! But because of him I enjoyed everything! Thank you Sir and I definitely will be back in every chance I can! Thank you for just being You ❤️
First time at this location. In Goose Creek. I come for CiCis Mac and Cheese pizza. This place was fully staffed. Clean. Delicious pizza and good prices
Love this place whether it is taking my grandson for school spirit night or taking church kids for a fun time at a great price! The manager has the most outgoing personality...she always comes over and talks to us..so welcoming. Her young staff is friendly and courteous. Check it out you won't be disappointed!
The manager was absolutely wonderful today for my son's 4th birthday. We will definitely visit again just for her.
I had a great experience here! Friendly, polite and helpful staff. They had no problem making a specialty pizza just for us. Restaurant was very clean and had sand sanitizer stations. The food was delicious!

Very disappointed with my experience today. I went in with my family that is visiting from out of town, one of them found hair twice in their food. I had some of the pasta they had there and it was undercooked. The employees seemed nice. When we arrived, there was only 2 types of pizzas available. I’m assuming because they were busy.
The manager is too busy running her mouth with whoever walks in and going outside with her husband to make sure her employees are keeping pizza out on the buffet. Waited 45 minutes for pizza and ended up leaving. We requested a pizza twice and never got it. I think the manager is more concerned with socializing than doing her job. NEVER going back.
CiCi's is a great deal for a pizza buffet restaurant. They have a good variety if pizza, salad pasta. But my favorite is thier cinnamon rolls. Don't expect gourmet pizza, but if your hungry chow down on some decent food.
