A first time visitor. Wait time was negligible as we were there right at opening. Friendly, courteous staff. Our server was training a new hire, and by the actions of the new hire….either the trainer was outstanding or the new employee rocks! It was also evident that CSP chooses well in hiring their staff. Now to the important stuff: the food. Menu is well laid out, very clear. Placed our order and the food was on the table in less than a 1/2 an inning of baseball. We split two appetizers and neither disappointed. Will definitely return.
God awful experience. They said Spider-Man was going to be there. So I hype my kid up just for him to be crushed as soon as we walk in at 1:30 (event is supposed to end at 2) and the waitress says the guy never showed up. No post letting the MANY parents know. And then on top of that, the waitress came to the table all of three times total. I had to call on THREE other waitresses to get silverware or order drinks. (Shout out to the girl who was not our waitress but paid more attention to us, I wish I could have tipped you) Look, I work in the industry. I don’t expect over the top service every time. In fact, I only expect the bare minimum and I couldn’t even get that. On top of the initial disappointment. For the first time in my life, I’m leaving a negative review and a 10% tip. And I’m never coming back here.
Not sure how far this review will go knowing how short staffed food and bev is (employee will most likely not get talked to, retrained or fired) but I figured I’d leave one anyway.Friday night ( April 22) I went to the Goose Creek location for dinner. When we walked in, the host was on her phone for a good minute until she realized my boyfriend and I were standing there. There seemed to be no tables available at that moment, which was fine- we sat at the bar. The environment there seemed to be fun and the people around us made us laugh. The food was good as well. We thought it was going to be a good time. The only issue I had was the bartender. I believe her name was Emmy or Emma, but she was so rude. She didn’t tend to us like how she tended to others. I wanted to tell my boyfriend that maybe she was just having a bad day, but I’ve gone to this location two other times, and she was again the bartender of the evening. She just has such a nasty attitude, and you can tell by her body language that she just didn’t care. Other customers got her full attention and even got a smile from her, but not us. Unfortunately if we do ever come back, we’ll just make sure not to sit at the bar if she is working or wait on a table instead. The only thing I would ask for is for the company to retrain their employees (Emmy/Emma especially) on their customer service skills. At the end of the day, without customers, there wouldn’t be a business. Not every customer is right, but all customers should be treated equally.
Had a great night on the patio playing trivia. Love the atmosphere and the bar being on the inside and outside was pretty cool also.
This place was great when it first opened, but now it is seem to going downhill. The waitress put in the wrong wing sauce order. Mistakes happen not a big deal however what next stop me from going here. It looks like they took the old wing dropped them back in the fryer and put the correct sauce on them. The you see how dried out compared to my wife's wings on the red plate.
Very odd experience. Terrible service from the start. The appetizer was awesome! But the food was very basic and small portions. I'll be back but this trip kinda sucked.
Came for a quick bite to eat and was pleasantly surprised. I’ve heard mixed reviews, but the negatives were few and far between. The service was great (ask for Jordan!) and the food was delicious. We did have to wait about 20-25 minutes for our food, but it was a Friday night so it was understandable. Great, friendly atmosphere. We will be back!
Been back numerous times. I think the biggest problem is consistency. That's why some times you come and you love it and sometimes it's just not so good. Today's experience irked me.My wife and I went in to grab a bite for lunch. We ordered a side Caesar salad and some boneless wings. The salad was awful. First, for the price, there wasn't much salad. What was there was a whole bunch of the end and inside hard pieces of the Romaine. There was hardly any dressing on the salad - most of it was dry. I had to ask for extra dressing. The wings came. We order half with medium buffalo. There was barely a hint of sauce on them at all. Again, I had to ask for a side of sauce to make up for it.But honestly, the wings were good quality and tasted good, although not very temperature hot. They seemed like they had been sitting a while. The server was nice, and noticing that we were sharing the wings, brought out 2 Blue Cheese dressings. Why I was irked was on top of the poor quality salad, they charged me for the side of extra dressing, the side of extra sauce, and even for the extra Blue Cheese that we did not order that I thought the server was just being nice!Look, it's not the $1.50 extra that is the big deal - I just hate when a restaurant nickel and dimes you to death. I understand that they are going through a tough time right now, but still serve quality and proper portions, and don't ask your customers to pay extra for what should be on the food in the first place!I'll still go back (never for the Caesar again), but it will probably take me a while.
Went there because I read a positive review about their burgers. They were great. But then they started playing the loudest most annoying music I have ever heard. Also 2 babies sitting in the bar while mom were there drinking. Too bad. The food was good, but will never go back again!!
I swear to god! The service is HORRIBLE!! Me and my parents and boyfriend went here and we arrived at 7:00 and food came out at 8. My fish and chips were so cold and soggy, moms bun fell apart. Forgot out beers and the sever was all like "well I can't control my kitchen." She made an off color comment about my shirt. I was about to get up and put her in her place when the maker came over and said this is her 3rd incident this week. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.
