I ordered 3 of the 5 dollar boxes. there were 2 cars in front of me. I waited 27 minutes for my food. I asked for coke zero and sweet tea coke was sold out. No straws were given to. I asked for ketchup and sauce for the nuggets they walked away from the window and looked at me. I said I never got my drinks. So they walked over gave me 2 sweet tea and my coke zero. Which turned out to be regular coke. I'm diabetic. I told them 3 times coke zero. Their coke was sold out...
Dining area was empty. No one behind counter except for drive through employee who was sleeping against the wall. Woke her up and ordered our food. All drinks were empty in the machine except for Fanta and Diet Coke. Didn’t want either. Kitchen was filthy. Drink machine spout was nasty. Dining area floor was sticking to my shoes. No wonder the dining area was empty. Yuck.
The worst Burger King in the whole state. Terrible customer service!! Under cooked Burgers. it took 8mins for someone to come to the speaker in drive threw to take order. The inside was closed & no other cars was in line. Smh The absolute worst Burger king in SC.
I had a very poor experience here. It took 3 minutes for someone to acknowledge I was there, and all he said was be with you in a minute. Five minutes later, when I said hello, he raised his voice and repeated himself. I was thoroughly unimpressed.
Do NOT order from this burger king. We ordered 4 whopper's, 4 fries, and 2 10pc. Nuggets. The patty's were ALL cold and undercooked, the nuggets tasted like they were heated with a microwave and they forgot all 4 orders of our fries.
I remember when burger king USED to be better than McDonald's but the last few times I've gone they are terrible. Different locations, different states, it doesnt seem to make a difference.This particular one i waited 20 mins in drive thru (only 2 cars in the whole parking lot) for a whopper jr with cheese, 4 mozz sticks and med coke. Sandwich wasnt even warm. Sticks were barely warm and hollow (no cheese inside). If thats what $9 will get you then NO THANKS!
Terribly slow, expect to spend about 20 mins or so to receive order. The sandwiches are usually pretty good tbh, but the time it takes is absurd and it's ran pretty poorly.
Absolutely terrible service. The lady acted frustrated at the drive thru window because I didn’t know what I wanted to order for breakfast yet there was no breakfast menu. Then after i complete my order she says “ pull up”. I get to the window, she opens it and looks at me. Doesn’t say a word. So I just look at her. After and awkward 3 seconds I said are you going to tell me how much.Then I am handed a Luke warm coffee. So sad.
Wow, BK has really hit bottom! Whopper patties were dead cold and dry. Fries and onion rings were sub par. Fish sandwich was the only sandwich that was warm but halfway decent. Great commercials but bad food. BK continues to disappoint!
Me and my mom visited there today, order two chicken sandwich and two fries. Someone needs to have dehec come in to look around. My fries tasted like they were served from someone who didn't wash up from after visiting the restroom. If I could I would lower my rating even lower.
