This place is terrible. Don’t go here after 9pm because they are going to ignore you and act like they aren’t there. This has happened twice now and they are always hanging out in the parking lot talking and run inside when someone pulls up.
I waited 20 mins to order they were not busy, I waited another 20 or more for my food it all came out cold AF and the old lady manger and girl with long faux locs were more worried about talking to each other than anything else. If the food would have been hot and fresh I would not have complained due to staffing issues but this is unacceptable!
I try to order food and when I went to order she yelled at me its really disrespectful! if I don't understand you repeat but you don't have to yell at me they should change this person has no ethics and leaves this site very bad
Don’t go, I guess if enough people complain it’ll lose its’ franchise.
Getto asssss Fuuuuuck, at 2pm they are closed until shift change. I dont understand how you can close for shift change at lunch time ?. Well that's my 3rd bad experience their wont ever be stopping there. Caption D's right next door ?
Went to the drive thru and they said they are short staffed and it’s gonna be a 20 minute wait. This place is the worse. I love BK but this restaurant needs to be sold to someone who cares about business.
very meh. dirty floors, tables, and ceiling. no drink choices, everything was flat or watered down. food was lukewarm, customer service was OK.
Went to the drive through around 7:30pm 1/8/22 all the lights where on inside but when you pulled to the menu board it's extremely dark and almost cant see anything. Said hello several times due to nobody greeted me. Said screw it pulled around to the window when I noticed nobody was working. Not sure if they where even inside or just left! Whoever owns this facility whether it's franchised or corporate it is a sad excuse for a fast food business! Get your shut together seriously!!!
Doors unlocked just to told drive thru only. Then after advertising a meal item and having signs up for it inside and drive thru... then told we don't have that anymore... be more professional and take your signs down if don't service that anymore.
Gose Creek is good Moncks Corner sucks 20 min at the drive through box and didn't even take my order.
