Girl at register, No greeting, I stood there thinking she wasn’t ready so she just stood there staring out. I said , hi this is for here and processed with my combo order. She asked me every thing I wanted even though I just told her what I wanted, way to many questions. Waited at the counter for my food, came quickly, no drink cup, asked her for my drink cup, she said you didn’t want a drink, I said so a drink doesn’t come with the combo meal? She then handed me a small cup. Food was warm at best.

Just wanted to take a moment and give a. BIG SHOUT OUT to the gentleman (drive-thru order taker) who took our order today. I'm not a spring chicken so I have been around the dive-thru block for awhile and this young man was the nicest, most articulate, professional that I have encountered in a long time in a fast food setting of any kind! It didn't even matter if the orders were right, his service accommodated for the entire visit. THANK YOU!I do not know his name, the receipt says "Candace" however I will add a photo of the info. Please allow this young man to set the example for the entire staff at your establishment. It is nice to know that there are workers like him still in the business!

This is the best location in Charleston area. I love the food and the staff!! Shot out to Ms.Jennifer who I meet this evening ♡ I Believe she's a manager and she really knows how to run that kitchen!! All the staff were so friendly.

I have been there three weeks in a row to get my mom a shake only to be told the machine is broken. That after waiting in line for between 20 and 30 min. It would be nice if they would post those facts at the entance or where the line forms.

Ordered my food, proceeded to pay before handing girl my card I gave her my coupon. She then asked me for my card and did not apply the coupon like I asked. Then they told me I should have told them at the window that I had a coupon….. that’s why I handed it to them first and waited to give her my card.Funny part is they have a sticker on the window at the drive-through that says to be nice to the workers, but the workers are ignorant and can’t even apply a coupon when given one. They were rude as can be and it was the Worst customer service I have ever had and I am a Manager at a restaurant that truly says something.

Arbys gets a lot of hate and I dont really know why, I bet you can't look me in the eyes and tell me their curly fries dont hit differently, I only give it 4 stars cause tbh I dont get anything else there, but that should speak volumes to how good those suckers are

Most awful drive through experience. I understand being short staffed so I understand the increased time for service. However, there is never an excuse for rude associates.

I had ordered the buffalo wings. And the sauce was not good at all. Couldn't finish them. The ranch seems to have a ton of dill in it. And I know the store can't do anything for either of these things. I tried it and didn't like it.Now I will say the guy at the front counter was super nice. Also the store was very clean.So despite the food not being very good. They did pretty well. My hubby liked his food. I think the buffalo wings need some work.

The food was good .Always check your bags before pulling off if you go through the drive thru. 3 out of 3 times I have gone there something was left out of my order. Other than that, good food and good service .
