By far the worst Zaxbys. Everytime it’s some inconvenience . Last week there was a sign saying cash only. Some days it’s cards only. The service is slow please expect to spend at least 20 mins of waiting. After this review I'm contacting cooperate because this store needs serious help. One time they were out of toast, another time out of boneless wings.The dining room is always closed!! Today I sat in line 7 mins it had not moved at all. I pulled off and so did the two cars behind me. Just to see the sign that they are still only accepting cash a week & a half later.
Probably the worst Zaxbys ever. Waited at the drive through for 30 minutes just to get our order taken. Once we got our food, no sauces that we asked for were in our bag. The nibbled had no sauce on it whatsoever even though it comes with it on it. Many missing things in the bag. I know there’s short staff but if it’s going to take that long we should at least have the correct things that we ordered or at least be notified how long it would be.
Waited basically an hr because its only 3 employees in the whole store for hard chicken & barely any toppings on this Cobb salad. Bread was burnt too definitely not worth $10. I agree with other reviews that this store should be closed until new mgt. Don't think im coming back.
Don’t do it! Went here on a Saturday at 5:30pm and they had 2 people working total! Inside the store was closed and the drive through had people who turned their cars off they had been waiting so long. The owner of this store should not have opened for business if it means customers have to wait an hour for an order. This is madness. I understand it’s hard to find people to work these days but don’t leave two kids out to dry like this.
OMG the absolute worstSlowest service at a fast food restaurant I have ever experienced and the employees could not have less of a care. Sitting here in the lobby with 20 other people all waiting for our orders. About 1 coming out ever 10 minutes, fix this place or shut it down.
This is the worst Zaxby's in existence. If I had to guess, I'd say management is to blame. It's no exaggeration to say that every one out of three times I try to go here during their published and posted business hours, they're closed without explanation. Their dining room has been closed since the start of COVID, so it's just a gamble whether anyone will answer the drive-thru intercom. Do yourself a favor: Just go to Bojangles' down the road.
This place cannot fill an order properly and when they mess up there is no accountability. I order a sandwich at lunch time didnt realize they messed up untill I got back to work . So to get my money or right sandwich I had to extend my lunch break costing me money not to mention the gas and time to get this fixed. They would only return the money or remake it . They should have done both. I didnt screw up they did but the manager there couldnt be bothered. Not worth going there.
A little confussing on ap says curbside but not available. Curbside parking is on one side but go though door on opposite side to pick up food was good though. Was an error but manager Miles took care of it quickly.
The location has signs saying, “Dining room now open.”When I pulled up at 6:32 and tried to enter the restaurant. The door is locked!I then proceed to get in the drive-thru line at 6:34.When I pull up to order at 6:42. They tell me they are now closed, and the car before me was the last customer.I politely say that it's not seven. The gentleman replies that they stop taking orders at 6:45.Keep in mind that it's 6:42.Absolutely terrible customer service! I would not be surprised if this location closes down as the other place did in Fort Mill
Went through drive thru today to get my favorite signature sandwich .As of last week, the sandwich was $5.44 with tax. Today they stated the sandwich was 7.49. I explained I did not want combo .The manager on the drive thru sa iui d the sandwich was 7.49. I know we have inflation but REALLY???.? I drive off.
