I went to this Wendy’s yesterday, when we got there the woman who took our order at the drive through was very rude over the intercom. After we ordered we payed and got to the second window, we waited for about 15-20 minutes(I wasn’t in a rush so I just decided to wait) after 20 minutes I asked to get a refund so I could leave and the woman said no because she didn’t feel like getting the manager. I had to wait for some one else to get close to the window and borderline yell to get there attention so I could get a manger. And then the manager proceeded to give me the wrong refund( it was only off by a few cents so I didn’t bother to say anything because we had already been there do so long.) This drive through trip took almost 40 minutes. the manager had pink hair short hair. I will never be eating here again unless this store makes some major changes.
The actual employee, Michelle, was an absolute angel she really try to accommodate us and gave us free items to make up for it BUT The location itself is absolute trash. Me and my friend ordered food and waited an hour and a half on a Saturday night at 10 PM for our food. It seem like no one really knew how to do their job to the point where even I could go in there and serve my own food and just save everyone the trouble. This location absolutely needs to shut down. I highly recommend not coming to this location which is a shame because there is no other Wendy’s in the area.
I want to say this is the only Wendy's that I have been to that employees are so nice, especially Sharita(hope I spelled it right). I am from Charlotte, and 8 out of 10 times employees that I interact with are not very nice, so I was surprised with I interacted with employees at this location, even for just a few minutes. Very nice and attentive. Customer service was awesome. I ordered 4 for 4 for my toddler, and they were so nice when I requested for mayo when she asked for what sauce I want for my chicken nuggets. I usually get a weird reaction from other employees, though that's what my picky toddler wants. I have to park somewhere and write this review between all the employees was super nice and friendly. Thank you very much. I just wish Wendy's at Charlotte especially the one on Sugar creek was half as nice as this location. Thank you Sharita and everyone working today.
Yesterday and today they have been closed or not accepting any orders! This Wendy’s use to be amazing but the past 3 times I’ve came it’s been terrible and once I asked for corporates number they ignored me and walked away laughing opening shift is terrible the older man is the sweetest but those ladies need to find new jobs about 6 other cars drove off . I would not be surprised if the store gets shut down
This is the worst Wendy’s I have EVER been to. When fast food has bad service or is dirty, whatever, this is beyond that. You wait in line for HALF AN HOUR. It’s a single line drive through so you can’t even leave! People won’t take your orders even though it’s open, it’s incredibly dirty, and random times it’s just closed for no reason in the middle of the day. The line is ALWAYS empty even though plenty of people love Wendy’s because this place is so notoriously bad. I love Wendy’s and this is the closest one but I will never go here again because it’s just unbearable. The owner must be a complete idiot for purchasing a franchise and then just letting it rot and get no customers. Take care of your restaurant. (To be clear, the employees are wonderful, the problem is bad ownership, management and maintenance. People in charge do NOT CARE WHATSOEVER)
Lobby was locked in the middle of the day. Drive thru took a new order about every 5 minutes. However, the employees were very upbeat and friendly.
We were about to order our food and the person that was about to ring us up just walked away and all the workers had a meeting in the back in a circle for a long time. They finally came up and rang us up, the food was okay the service was just really terrible and the place was not clean. There was trash all over the place and nothing was filled and stocked up and when we finally received our food we were missing half of our order and a lady walked in that had a pick up order had to wait for like 10 minutes and the whole Wendy’s was empty, there should be no excuse for that. The floor is super sticky and gross and our feet were pretty much stuck to the floor. The one thing I thought was interesting was that they really brought nature indoor, as there was a giant lake of unknown substances by the drink kiosk. And a the majority of the soda was not available. Was not very impressed
The worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been too. I’ve been to this location twice in the last 3 months. Their dining room isn’t open for the lunch crowd. The drive thru is in a horrible location. And I’ve been hitting in the line for more than 30 minutes.
We sat at the drive thru menu for 5 minutes because the cashier told us to give them a moment (even though we were the only customers at that time of morning) and didnt want to ring up my friend and i orders separate . After we paid we were told to wait for the food and then waited 15 minutes before the cashier told us to pull up to the front and wait over there. The wedges were cold and stuck together and our sandwiches were barely thrown together. Not coming back
I've attempted to go to this Wendy's three times in the last 4 months. All three times I've not been able to get food. They have either had a sign up that says we're short-staffed and taking a 20 minute break to catch up. Or waited in the Drive-Thru line so long (30+minutes) that I eventually left. I realize with covid that things are challenging so I've continued to give it a try but today was the last attempt. On today's visit after 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru I left and found two employees in the parking lot. They were talking and smoking and apologized and said that there was only one lady inside but they were about to go back in. To the Wendy's corporate team, if you're not able to suitably staff the store then you should probably just close it down. The poor experiences causing much more detriment to your brand.
