The General Manager Angela. She has a great costumer service. She’s very Guest friendly. We had an issue in the drive thru today and she handled it like a pro. thank you angela
Ask for burger to not have Mayo and put extra on it
I am very reluctant to leave a one-star review as I have never done so before. I am also to reluctant to do it as a reflection of something other than the quality of the product (food of course in this case).That said, the last 3 times in a row that I have tried to come to this location, it is totally abandoned. I used to frequent this location, but I have written it off because I usually don't have time to "try" and see if it's open.This is the only remaining restaurant that I go to that has major staffing issues. Everyone else has managed except this one. Funny enough, I went to the location in Rock Hill - excited to get the breakfast - there was a lone voice on the other end that said she's "waiting on my help to arrive". Sigh. Two locations and still no luck.
So these folk showing their open which they are suppose to be open at 11 am but told us they wasn’t opening til 12 pm and they lost a ton of customers. They would not and actually never answer the phone and wouldn’t even put a sign up about the time change, this is terrible now.
Too busy talking at the drive thru to give us straws or any sauces. Common thing in fast food places now, if you don’t want to work and just want to cut corners why not just quit? Was going to go in for the sauces to make it easier on the drive thru since the dining room sign said “Open 11am-11pm”. But a worker stopped me as he was walking back to the building to tell me it’s closed. Well, how about you get the ones talking to do something besides that and remove the sign? Can’t blame them entirely, I’m sure Wendy’s hires ANYBODY.
Turned away from the drive thru at 9:55 p.m. by an employee claiming they were closed. The sign on the window clearly states that drive thru is open until 2 a.m., but they just walked away from the window and decided to stop working. This was the last straw in my many attempts of giving this Wendy’s a chance. Terrible management - save yourself a headache and get your late night snack at the McDonald’s down the road.
For the past several weeks they've only been able to serve nuggets and fries after 9pm and constantly closing early due to lack of staff or something not working. Their baked potatoes are almost always burned or dried out from sitting and the chili is hit or miss. I'm so disappointed especially since Wendy's had the nerve to show up at Burger King to embarrass them just recently meanwhile this is only one of 3 Wendy's locations deserving a 1-? near me
I specifically ask for 2 Carolina classics with extra pickles and add a tomato to one of them. I specifically ask the young lady did they add tomato to one of the sandwiches and she said yes. I open the sandwiches and only one was correct I get in the drive thru line again for 20 minutes and was told to pull to the next window a I was ask did I want them to remake the sandwich and I said it would be better to remake it correctly. Then the young lady was talking to her assistant manager and her manager .The manager came to the window and said I can just give you some tomatoes in a container. That was not the problem and they don’t listen. I had a tomato on one of the Carolina classics and I was MISSING the other ingredients like the coleslaw and chili. He deliberately did not give me a receipt because I told them I do survey and they just smiled and did not offer to fix the problem. Awful experience!
There were only 3 workers and the wait was a little long but they were very apologetic and just about everything was right. The 2 drinks I received were backwards(LG. s/b unsweetened tea & med. Dr Pepper) so my hubs didn't get but a med tea. No biggie! Was still the best fast food we've had in awhile.
My husband and I got baconator fries, Carolina classic and nuggets. They did not give me my sauce for my nuggets, burnt cold chilli on my Carolina classic and taste like it's been sitting there all day waiting on someone to buy it, and no cheese on my fries. I tried to call back to let them know what was going and noone picked up the phone. So don't bother trying to call and fix your order because noone cares enough to pick up. Wendy's in fort mill on 160 is horrible.
