Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt
(803) 548-6019

Plenty of topping to choose from. It just seems really expensive to pay $10 for a bowl of froyo.

Love this place- clean, ice cream is always great! staff is always amazing, super friendly and helpful-TO THE OWNERS:Please can you get a credit card machine that will allow tips?!?!!I come here often and never carry cash- your staff does an incredible job and I’d like the option to tip them- Your staff works hard for you and I’m sure they could use any extra money you can help them get during these times-

They didn’t have nearly enough options for frozen yogurt. Sounds minor but all of the choices are basic and kinda disappointing for how much you pay.

Zero stars... The manager Michelle started screaming at me to put on gloves before I touched the yogurt machine. She was extremely rude and was rolling her eyes and arguing with me also.. She is mentally unstable.

I got a frozen sorbet for myself for first time in about 10years. The staff was nice enough, but the sorbet was no where near how I remembered it. My husband tried some when I got home and he too thought it tasted off. My mom used to take me to TCBY near where I grew up off cherry rd in rock hill. Since my mom passed away 4yrs ago, I think about her and randomly like to do things that remind me of her. I woke up one day really missing my mom and decided that I wanted orange sorbet from TCBY. I was super disappointed. It was $18 for a bowl for two people to share and have smaller portions. Between price and flavor, it was a let down and did not bring back happy memories as I hoped it would. Will probably wait another decade before returning, if they’re still in business.

They closed the store 20 min before the time on Sat. My kids were really disappointed. Lazy workers.

Absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. A coworker and I were told to grab gloves before getting our yogurt. (We totally understood and were ok with it!) We went to grab gloves and were SCREAMED at for not standing on a dot that said 6 feet away. We were absolutely APPALLED that she resorted to SCREAMING instead of informing us of their protocol. I can’t imagine how MISERABLE the lady working had to be to blow a fuse on us without even giving us a warning.Highly disappointed. The sad thing is the rest of the workers are always the sweetest and so patient. We called to get in touch with a manager but unfortunately the screaming lady informed us that she’s the manager and HUNG UP on us when we asked if the owner would be in soon.We tried to purchase yogurt at around 2:30 pm on Monday July 6th.

Clean. Friendly staff. Appropriate sanitary processes to ensure appropriate distance and safety. Yogurt is consistently good with any topping you could want. A little on the pricey side but still worth it.

customer service was poor. man didn’t have on a uniform. waited for someone in the back to come up for 10 minutes. but the yogurt was good
