I went through the drive thru and when we got our food it looked like some one had thrown all the food in the bag. We got home and the quesadilla wasn't even cut. The burrito supreme that I ordered was nothing but beef that is it. I understand that there are staffing issues. I was not rude or impatient. If you are asking to be paid more then you should do the job correctly. And be respectful of the customer that is spending their money at Taco Bell.
Really slow service and it doesn't make sense when they are really slow. Terrible. Just terrible. And my taco shells were stale.
This location of Taco Bell should close down, i went there 3-4 times but they didn’t have hot sauce, even soda machine is not working, one time they did not have cheese. They also have excuse about grill not working as well.
Been in drive thru 40 minutes. Typical lack of leadership. Leaving short staff to take the brunt of customer abuse then be back on Monday sitting in the lobby with a laptop looking like an owner???? After watching 50 $40 tickets drive off on your camera Saturday 8pm please resign and hire a real leader who treasures service and profits.
Stay away. Store is filthy, staff is rude, orders come out wrong and undercooked with minimal fillings, and all that only after you sit in your car waiting for a half hour.Last few times I went have involved waiting up to 30min to get my order, with most of that time spent sitting next to the speaker/mic, waiting for someone to acknowledge me or saying it'll just be another minute.I get that the service industry is struggling right now, but this location has far and away surpassed any level of disfunction I've seen elsewhere, with employees that are ruder, less helpful, and most likely to mess up your order. This last visit (and it will be my last, at least for a few years, by which time I'll have moved away) had me getting scraps of undercooked "food" with a rude attendant tossing 2 packets of the wrong sauce for 3 tacos, and only after she finally acknowledged that I was still sitting in her window. Idk why she was so annoyed that I wanted sauce, but I honestly don't care anymore. One final note, not particular to this location, taco bell used to be appealing despite it's always low quality food because it was so cheap, but it now costs more than even Chick-fil-A, a restaurant that has always provided quality. Has the cost of horse meat gone up faster than chicken, or is taco bell taking advantage of the situation by price gauging?
Stayed in drive through over 15 minutes only to find out they lost my order. Then they proceeded to try and blame it on me, saying I didn't go through the line. I guess they thought I wanted to cut in line to pay/get some random persons order instead of ordering myself? I am still struggling to grasp what they believed I was trying to accomplish. The workers seemed lost and had no clue what to do. A manager should've been called over instead of attempting to spin a story about how I didn't go through the line properly.Keeping at 2 stars because I have had some good experiences at this location recently-ish, but management needs to train staff on how to handle customers and mistakes.

This location is just pathetic. Incredibly dirty food stations and tables. Food sucks and workers are rude and don’t care. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else
It was nice but needed more staff the line took 30 minutes to get through
Not the same anymore. I’ve been coming to this Taco Bell for years, and over the last 18 months this place has turned into a dump.Food is consistently cold, stale, or missing ingredients. Frequently, they’re “out of stock” of regular menu items, beverages, and sauces.50% of the time I have to wait over 10 minutes at the window with no explanation.Hope management gets a grip on their location.
