Waited 15 minutes for a simple drink. Manager Jen was just sitting in cafe on laptop looking unfriendly. Garbage littered parking lot, dirty tables hadn’t been wiped down. Not clean.
I come here daily and notice a man who is really creepy in there every single day. He just sits there and stares at all the young girls and it makes myself and others uncomfortable. He even talks to them sometimes and I can tell that these girls are not comfortable. Management needs to do something about this man!!!! Better to be safe than sorry.
Amazing staff at this location. They know my name I know exactly what I order each time despite them being so busy. I always feel so welcome and they always have cold brew! Thank you guys for being a great part of my daily routine
We all love Richard. The other staff members are great, but man, the wait has become untenable. Sometimes they post someone in the drive through for order placing, but it’s not a regular occurrence. I’ve pulled into the parking lot so many times in the last few months, only to bail due to the wait. Once you’re in that line, it’s over for you unless you can get out just before the order board. It’s not just this location. Something has happened with Starbucks in general. Inconsistent quality across the board and general cleanliness issues. But, if I get here at 5:30 AM, all is well. Choose wisely.
We went through the drive thru to get two coffees. We waited in line for 10 mins before we noticed other people were mobile ordering and getting there coffees faster. So we got out of line and did just that. Of course we didn't have the same luck because it was 15 mins later when we got our mobile order. The workers were nice but they were taking their sweet time. Not in a hurry at all. This was Sunday afternoon
Swung in for a late night drive through coffee order. Staff was prompt, friendly, and adjusted the sweetener level to my preference. Thank you guys!
I have been here many times and the wait is always long. Today they served my mocha ordered with whip but did not put the whip on it. When I questioned it they told me they were running low so they didn't want to put it in mine...since they still had some left, who took priority over mine? Had I not been watching them make it, I would not have known until I left the store as they did not volunteer the information.. they just forfeited my business.
Took 20 minutes to get my order today. I mobile ordered since no one at the register was paying attention and I thought it would be faster, then 10 minutes later a woman came in, ordered at the register and still got her food before me. Never again.
Didn't make my order the way I like it. Location in Kingsley is better.
