Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a smash burger. For starters my food wasn’t ready on time. So when I arrived I needed to wait 15 more minutes. The fries were already in the to go bag when I arrived so I asked for new ones since I waited and the employees were less than thrilled. I’m certain they gave me the same fries back because they shouldn’t have been cold from walking to the restaurant to where I was eating. The haystacks we got were also soggy and not enjoyable at all.
Food was great! I haven't enjoyed a double burger until I ate at Smash burger! Andrew our person at the counter was nice, funny and personable! Will be back to the Ft.Mill location
Can't even begin to describe how much of a let down coming here was compared to how it used to be. We ordered online, waited longer than expected just to get food we can only assume had been sitting around for an hour. Fries were hard and old, burger burnt and cold. Unbelievable and incredilbly disappointed in our favorite burger joint.
Food usually is pretty good, but their service is seriously lacking. Order online or order in person, always slow and they lose your order. Ordered doordash tonight went to go pick it up but ended up waiting an hour and they had lost my order. I'm never going back to this insane place!
Drove by earlier today so thought we would give it a try. I believe they were short staffed as we only saw 3 people working at 4:46pm Even tho there were only 2 other customers there, still took 45 minutes to get cold burgers and hard fries Can not recommend.
Monday Night 6:08 pm 1 other person ordering food in front of my family. 30 minute ticket time to prepare 3 double burgers. Had 3 other orders walk-in for pickup. Restaurant was not clean and looked like plenty of staff who could take short few minutes to handle trash and restock napkins, wipe the containers and clean up the tables. Not sure I would return or recommend it.
I don't like to write bad reviews, but the service in this place was horrible. It was our firs time in this place.We came after work at 6:15 pm, just wanted to buy 2 burgers and go home. But we waited our order 50 min and inside wasn't busy, just 6 people who waited the same like us. Everyone were angry, because of the waiting. After 50 min my husband asked the lady who packed orders, what is the problem and they even didn't know that this order exists. And it wasn't just us. Workers looked on us like we are stupid and didn't understand what we wanted from them.My experience was super bad with this place. Never come back!!!!
Came here for dinner! Jess who waited on me was very nice, the food was amazing. I got a BBQ Bacon Cheddar Double burger with fries, plus a soda. The place was clean and will be coming back again!
Great inexpensive burger joint. Fast like your traditional fast food place but way better foodI always get the truffle mushroom swiss burger, it's the bomb. They have great smash fries and I'm huge fan of the tater tots!Solid milkshakes as well. Overall great experience!
On Tuesday I had my first Smash burger. The wait was a pretty long time but I wasn’t upset I understand that restaurants are short handed. The young lady taking my order and waiting on me was an angel. She was very friendly, cheerful, and extremely respectful even under the pressure of dinner rush since I went around 7:00. I forget her name but she had curly long hair and seemed younger. There was also another girl working up front that seemed very friendly too. I will definitely be going back for the costumer service.
