Went today for lunch with my sister. It was very quiet at 1pm on a Saturday. Service was very fast and food was hot, fresh, and delicious. I got the lunch entree and the portion was big, leaving plenty of left overs for dinner.
Terrible customer service as a fellow business owner in the SAME shopping center! The disrespect from the manager “John” was unbelievable! I even advertised there business cards in my store! We have been buying lunch there AT least 4 times a week for months. I will make sure to tell everyone that comes into my store how rude and nasty the people are at this establishment. (Also how filthy the place is) It would be nice to speak to who is actually in charge but “John” would not even allow me to speak to know the name of the person who really is in charge. Unbelievable.
The Manager at this location (John) is one of the rudest restaurant managers I have encountered. I ordered a sushi roll that was supposed to come with 6 pieces according to THEIR menu, mine only had 5. I called and explained what I received and was told that the roll has always come with 5 pieces. Then someone else said it was recently changed to 5 pieces. Regardless of either of those answers, the menu says 6 pieces so that’s what I should get. This man argued me down about ONE PIECE OF SUSHI instead of extending good customer service and simply replacing it. This is not the first time I’ve had to deal with him. He is more concerned with arguing with customers instead of appreciating their business and accommodating them within reason. Unbelievable.
Tonight, I ordered the Angry Tuna and Tokyo Bomber and the fish on BOTH were DISGUSTING! I've never had sushi before now where the fish was stringy (pic attached). I don't know if it's old or cheap, but never again! Terrible!

Absolutely awful food. Tasteless, bland "spicy" pad thai, the sweet and sour chicken was just breading and grease with hardly any flavor, the fried rice was flavorless an mushy. Only leaving one star because this overpriced garbage had chicken soup that my one year old enjoyed.
Best beef fried rice around. Put a load of their hot mustard sauce on it and and bit of yum yum sauce and it's great. I just wish I could buy a bottle of the hot mustard sauce to have at home as it's a 45 min ride to the restaurant to eat.
Very over priced for what I received! Had a friend come over last night so I ordered 2 things of bourbon both with rice and 1 sesame with noodles and a Godzilla roll. The bourbon had no flavor and very little sauce so it was disappointing, the sesame chicken was okay, at least it had enough sauce. The noodles were dry as was the rice. The only thing I would say was a win was the Godzilla roll. The place is fairly close so I figured we would give it a try, after last night I don’t believe I would be back..
One of my favorite Asian places in the area. I personally think the Indian Land location has slightly better food. But this one has slightly better service. This place went overboard with covid freak out. Closing the dining room and only doing takeout for months. But now back open and getting their groove back with dine in service.
Just placed an order over the phone. I had several questions about the menu prior to ordering. The young lady that answered was so pleasant, patient and helpful. Hope the food is as great as the service provided!
